I’m a new customer of about 2.5 weeks having moved into a new build house. In that time I’ve been sent about three bills with different amounts - the last of which was about three times the amount I was told I would expect to pay - which was a bit of a fright. However, every time I have called I have been connected very quickly to friendly, knowledgeable and, for the last call, reassuring staff who have done all they can to resolve the problems their slightly problematic system has created for me. Especially Laura. I suspect it’s simply the fact I’m a new customer in a new build. Hopefully that’ll be the end of it.

Task was simple I needed to open an account with leap utilities. I received a letter and called the number and spoke to Jessica who was absolutely lovely. could be heard clearly and was well spoken. Jessica had my account set up in under 10 minutes. Fantastic Work Jessica, if I ever did have a problem I would willingly call them again as the service was that good. Give her a raise!
This is the first time I’m using this company. Today I had an issue an I was already prepared to spend hours on the phone, to my surprise they not only answered very quick but also the person assisting me was very nice and helpful.

The customer service representative, TIA, who attended to my query was very professional. She patiently listened to my query, took ownership of it, and calmly explained my bill figures one by one. She made my day!

Really great customer service, had a bigger bill then expected and helped me see what element of the bill was bigger so I can try to bring done future costs. Then offer to set me pit a direct debit including the large bill to help me spread the payments. Friendly call handler, very helpful, thank you
