They need a fine from a regulator about inaccurate billing records. I've made a series of complaints that have gone unanswered and felt strangely comforted in reading reviews here that a number of other customers have had a similar experience.
Immediate Support by Jessica! Jessica offered me immediate help in my new account set up. I found it very difficult to set up a new account as I do not have a meter readings nor access to the meter installed in a communal cupboard. Jessica provided immediate support to address my concerns, explain every details to me patiently, and help me to set up a new account in directly. Thank you Jessica!

Sarah I spoke to sarah on the phone and she was fantastic, she made sure to explain everything to me clearly and offer me all my options. She gave me clear instructions when trying to sort out my payment plan. In the future I hope to speak to Sarah again if I have any issues because I genuinely felt heard and my problems were resolved.
Customer Service was very good. Jadine was very helpful and resolved my complaint on the phone.
Telephone service is quick and so far has been very helpful this time and the previous one. I never hear of these guys and the bills are very efficient and explanatory with nos bad surprises
