We liked the service and speed and kindness with which the team got us on the road. The van itself was falling appart plus was dirty. Falling appart: 1/the key snapped on the second day 2/the left mirror couldn’t hold straight so we had no visibility on that side 3/the rubber rim around the sliding door was loose and dropping. Dirty: now that should be easy to address: just vacuum and sponge the thing between 2 customers please. Deep washing the seats wouldnt be too expensive nor a luxury either.
