New customer trying to set up an account via the portal. Not able to Called the number they can't help as not enough information regarding property. Awaiting a reply from hello@leep So far feeling frustrated I only want to set up direct debit 🤦♀️ Amazing what a review can do I had an email response and just like magic everything was sorted. I'm not sure who's working at the call centre but don't think they are very effective. Jessica deserves 5 🌟

I’ve had no end of problems with my water, especially with Thames water, Who pushed a lot of the responsibility onto Leep utilities, Which I’ve actually found to be nothing but a delay tactic their end! As after calling Leep and speaking with Jemma in the customer care team, They were quick to help and reduce my direct debit and give me advice on how to manage my issues with Thames water. Service was seamless and I have had email confirmation of all that we discussed and changes to direct debits immediately after our call. Can’t rate them enough
