Quick resolution on billing issue
I spoke to Jessica this afternoon to resolve a billing query I had. Fully expecting a long winded technical conversation I was pleasantly surprised when she simply listened to my question, proposed a solution and then just made it happen. Issue: resolved. Time taken: two minutes. Couldn't be happier :-)
