So I made a call to leep utilities today, a little confused ad to why they wanted an actual reading as we have a direct debit set up. Caitlyn answered the phone calm polite incredibly understanding and totally professional. She explained the reason was to make sure you are not paying to much or to little. Very friendly wuth a great sence of humour. We went through the bill and it turned out thst we were paying a little more than necessary. Oh how they have grown from my earlier interactions with them. You take constructive criticism on board and make improvements, and wow it so reflects on people like Caitlyn. Criticism has to be followed with admiration when it's due...well done Hanif H

I called Leap about setting up my water account and first of all it was so nice to hear a friendly English voice as so many companies often use foreign call centres who are difficult to understand or they don't understand you. Emily was absolutely lovely and took me through the process and set up my D/D. She made it all so easy and explained everything clearly. Thank you so very much for doing what so many others fail to do; giving very good and very friendly customer service.
