KURU Footwear Reviews

I own five pairs of Kurus, with the sixth currently on its way, all which have made my feet happy for the most part. However my most recent pair the Motion Ridge, had a flaw I felt they needed to know about. They are only a couple months old and the soles are wearing thing within already. I wanted them to know a more durable sole would benefit the otherwise very comfortable stable hiker. They were super prompt in a reply and have given me a credit towards another pair of shoes, wow ! I was not looking for or expecting that but goes to show they have a great customer service team standing behind their products! I am an active 60yr old female whom has suffered with plantar fasciitis, arthritis, Raynauds, high arch, wide forefoot with a narrow heel and Kurus have prevented me from being side lined a lot !!! I am hawking them to people all the time…solicited or not! Thank you team Kuru!

Amazing shoes, great rewards program & customer service representatives! I work in childcare, am on my feet many hours a day, and have developed Plantar’s Fasciitis. Kuru has made all the difference in the world. They’re the main rotation of my shoe wardrobe, from flip flops to slip-ons to Chelsea boots. My high arches are always fully supported, and there’s plenty of shock absorption between me & the pavement, which helps a lot with the foot pain.

Chad, customer service agent was professional and considerate! I explained that I could not find the receipt in my EM, it was not a problem. From start to completion, he was thoughtful and took care of the matter efficiently and expediently. GREAT THANKS!

Customer service is awesome! I sure appreciate the efficiency of the call & my experience

CR s are always helpful and ultra courteous! And the Quantum 2 shoes are fabulous and supportive. I only wish you'd put that same sole on many more shoe models.

I been wearing KURU shoes for 10 yrs now and I only wear KURU shoes and no other brands they're comfortable no pain even after walking all day. Love the different options I can choose from between all the seasons specially winters. Strongly recommend to anyone with foot pain.

I contacted Kuru to see if there was any chance of finding a size 8 Suomi. I was informed they are being discontinued. I shared my sadness regarding this news and asked if it is at all possible to bring them back. They are the most comfortable, pain-relieving shoe I have. They are my first go to for everything. The gentleman helping me seemed genuine to my concern and said he would relay my information.

Love these shoes! I have a narrower foot and these are the only ones that fit❤️

Old Fashioned approach to business...they employ people who care. Kuru stands behind their products and respect the people who wear them!

The best shoes along with the best customer service. I won't buy any other shoes now that my plantar fasciitis is gone. I have been a customer for years!

I love Kuru shoes! All of the shoes I have purchased thus far have been so comfortable and of great quality! Kuru stands behind their products too!!!

Kuru shoes are not good for my knees. The shoes made me walk wobbly. I called them and they finally gave me a full refund. Good customer service.

This company has great customer service and stands behind their product. I needed some footwear for plantar fasciitis. I bought some sandals that were VERY comfortable, but I noticed after about 1 month they were loose and after about 7 weeks almost too loose to wear. The elastic that attached the buckle was totally frayed and stretched out. I complained and customer service reached out to me immediately. They advised me that my sandals were covered by their warranty. I emailed photos of the sandals and was immediately credited with the cost. I’ve just ordered replacement shoes that I hope will be as comfortable as the sandals.

Very responsive and showed concern for my issue. I have purchased several pairs of shoes and love them. The quality of shoes and concern for customer satisfaction will keep me coming back!

I had an issue which the customer service rep graciously resolved as it was my error. She was super nice and great to talk to.

Service Tech are always a pleasure to work with and very friendly. i always buy my footwear from them.

I was struggling bad with Plantar fasciitis, and no matter what I did I could not get it to calm down. It was painful to walk and limited my ability to exercise. I found the KURU Tread Sandals and started wearing them as many hours of the day as I could. Within a few days, I could feel the pain lessening, and in a few weeks, the pain was gone.

These shoes(the slides and the atom 2) have really improved my quality of life. I’m a nurse who works 12 hour days, that has been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. I have done everything to try to get rid of it and heal. I have severe heel pain, mostly in my left foot and the FIRST relief that I’ve gotten, in spite of icing, stretching, custom orthotics, and injections came from KURU shoes. The customer service(KURU GURUS) are also phenomenal!!!

I send an email and I got a response to my question quick.

The last agent I talked to was a female and she was wonderful. The one I talked to you before her she was wonderful as well. The first person I talk to you sound like a stoner kid. He was just not with it at all, didn’t know anything about the product didn’t seem to care about the customer. I think you should reward the people who do well and earned five stars. And the other people give them something to aspire to. That’s how you keep a company on top!
