I have had nothing but a great experience with Kits. On my third order I completely screwed something up and they were so helpful and accommodating.
Kits was most accommodating in replacing my glasses after they had been damaged. I am so appreciative, great customer service. I would highly recommend them!!!
My glasses arrived today. When I went to open the case one lense had fallen out of the frame. Upon closer examination the other lenses had a gap in it where it wasn’t properly fit to the frame. Also , I ordered transition lenses and received sunglasses not good.

I had whined about the late notification of my order being delayed. These guys not only replaced my order with a suitable alternative but it was then shipped to arrive the next day. Fantastic customer service.

KITS has the most remarkable customer service ever!! In error, I entered my prescription incorrectly. I had to reach out to customer service and explained what had happened and they offered to replace my glasses for me. Free of charge! KITS Has made my day thinking I’d be out money because of my mistake, but they took care of it for me! They are issuing me a new pair ASAP! Along with excellent customer service the quality of my frames and lenses were top notch! 5 stars all the way!

I have been using Kits for my glasses for a few years now and have never had any issues at all. I did have a problem with my most recent pair in that a screw came undone and popped out, causing a lens to fall out and become scratched on the ground. I contacted Kits Customer Service and explained the situation and requested a lens that I could fit myself. They assured me that there was no need for that work on my part and would send me a complete new pair of glasses - which they did. This was at a time when Canada Post (Kits usual shipper) was about to go on strike and I was concerned my glasses would get caught up in this. Upon my enquiring about this they immediately said they would ship with a different courier to make sure I got my glasses ASAP. Faultless customer service, from pleasant and friendly members of staff. I have no reason to buy my glasses elsewhere and will stay with Kits. Highly recommended.
Ted in customer service was very polite, kind, efficient and so very helpful. I'm overwhelmed at the gracious treatment from Kits, and I will order from them from now on. My situation involved an incorrect prescription from my Dr. When I let Kits know what happened, they went right to work on a replacement pair. It seems to be their policy to take care of the customer even when they are not at fault. I refer my family and friends now as well.
I ended up having to contact customer service directly, as I was having trouble navigating the website. I spoke with George, and he went above and beyond by taking care of all of the details and discounts to my order. This level of customer service is becoming extremely rare. I appreciate the time and care that he took to make my transaction so easy and seamless. Because of this, I will always choose Kits first when I order my contacts online.
Amazing customer service. I had broken glasses, they were replaces, no hassle. I had ill fitting glasses, they were replaced no hassle. It was always easy to xontact someone for assistance, and the help was always prompt. Overall Excellent customer service!

Diane offered to replace lens in the incorrect prescription even though it was my fault for being unclear. And then when I told her I had done that already at my cost she offered me a new pair. Amazing customer service. She contacted me based on my review which really is outstanding.
My order was completed and shipped in a timely manner. However, when I tried the glasses on, the prescription was wrong. I let Kits know and with no questions asked, I was offered a replacement and a credit. I didn't have to phone anyone and they answered my emails immediately. I'm really impressed with the customer service.
