Have ordered from Kits for a few years now. Only had one issue out of the many I’ve ordered, with a pair of metal frames where the screw threading was stripped, and I reached out. They very promptly responded and offered to send a new pair for free to replace them. Excellent customer service, and good quality. Thank you!
