I seldom get such great customer service or such excellent patients as Ted gave me today. Saturday the 20th of July 2024 at about 10 minutes past 5:00 p.m. , I had previously ordered two pair of glasses and the frameless one, much like my Silhouette expensive expensive frames or frameless was very good but the prescription even better to Great. However, the second pair wasn't workable in style and fit and was probably because a young rep was on the phone with me and had no patience and kept saying well pupillary is different distance doesn't matter. Let's put the order through over and over again. So minus one for that rep but the following five people I spoke with on the phone emailed with and today on the phone to correct that second pair of glasses with Ted. And not only did Ted show great patients most of an hour kept finding good alternative choices for me and listening to me. Critique what the differences were that I thought what I didn't find. Nice enough though to the average eye. They all looked kind of like the same but as I saw different pairs I saw the differences from a frame I had that's not prescription. Only TV watching frames but they work great for me but I've had them kicking around for a long time so we worked from that and Ted kept getting recommendations and the patience was great. A big surprise was he told me to keep the pair I wasn't happy with or donated or whatever I wanted to do with it and I'll just send me the replacement that I picked with him today and that's something amazing customer service move. Certainly they could take the glasses back. I was already happy with the price. Thrilled with the prescription work and lens qualities. Of course I bought the higher end lens. Would well done Kits and excellent work on the part of Ted. The customer service rep I spoke to today. . I told Ted I wanted to give a good review of him and he told me about trust pilot so that's what I'm doing here. Leaving this excellent review. Customer service makes all the difference in the world but you have to have the product to stand by it and the delivery of the product with quality and they've exceeded my expectations. . The KITS app made getting prescription glasses very easy. These were progressives - not just a simple pair. Measurements through the app seem perfect. The cost for this fantastic service and product was so appreciated. My glasses arrived three days after ordering. This company deserves kudos.
This is my second pair of kits glasses. After an extremely disappointing experience with the delivery company (they tried to deliver to the wrong address and then said it would take up to a month for it to get delivered). I am actually still in shock at how great the customer service was that he provided me. Not only did he absolutely take care of my issue but he went above and beyond to show me similar glasses to the one I originally had as they were out of stock. James was so patient with me, he went through so many glasses and their colors until I was happy. He provided detailed, clear next steps and instructions for me.
