I have been buying glasses online for a couple of years but wanted to find a Canadian company. I lived in Kitsilano as a kid, so imagine my delight when I stumbled across Kits! I found the style selection was good and the prices were great. I ordered and received my new glasses today. The shipping was fast and I'm impressed with the solid quality of them. I think I was most excited about the tissue in the box though :). I'm an East Coast girl now and haven't been west in quite a few years, the fun designs on the tissue were a sweet reminder of my first home! I will absolutely recommend Kits to everyone!

I used their online tool to measure my pupillary distance (PD) and the prescription sunglasses I received were fine, but the clear prescription glasses weren't quite right. The left lens was perfect, but I was seeing double in the right lens. Contacted customer support, was helped almost immediately and they helped me measure my PD manually. They're now sending me replacement glasses at no cost, with the new (and hopefully now correct) PD! Customer support was fantastic, but I'm still not quite sold on buying glasses online.

Kits is hands-down, the best online service for prescription eyeglasses. When the fit wasn’t quite right customer service called and replaced my glasses repeatedly, allowing me to keep the ones I already ordered until I found glasses that were just right. I ordered twice with kits so far, second time I chose a frame that was way to big( my mistake), I called for an exchange and it is hands off one of the best customer service I’ve ever had, they patiently assisted with choosing another frame and immediately placed the order for replacement. Also the website is user friendly, ordering is straight forward and shipping very fast

My Rx progressive reading glasses were ordered online three days ago. When I received them yesterday, there was an issue with where the ocular centre of the lens was located. It was slightly too high. Clark immediately emailed me the instructions so I could take a few measurements at home and relay them to Kits so they can remake the glasses with the correct ocular centres. A quick email with the correct numbers was all I needed to do. I expect receive the remade glasses in a few days. Overall, the experience has been very positive and customer support was very helpful.

I was dubious and didn't expect the quality and style that I received. They compare to glasses that I have paid over 500 dollars locally in the past. They are also miles above another popular online provider from which I have purchased from also. Consider me a permanent customer and I will be sure to let friends and family know.  It's great that you are also a Canadian company!

Had purchased a pair of glasses that were too small. I placed another order and asked to return the original pair. They provided a full refund and told me to keep original pair or donate them! Amazing customer service!

I contacted Kits about a return of glasses I purchased because I didn’t like the clear frame once I received it. I wanted to exchange them for a different colour. Within 10 mins I had a replacement pair ordered ant no additional cost and was informed I could keep the others as back up or donate them. Amazing customer service.

Kits.ca has made a rare experience of outstanding and courteous customer service. My agent was attentive to my questions and eased my mind of many concerns. She was very precise in her wording and helped guide me through the whole process. I ordered my frames with express shipping on Friday before cutoff. They were delivered on Tuesday to Toronto from Vancouver. Would be wise to place a note or have a shady place to avoid heat warping; as with all frames. Can always ask to get glasses refitted locally usually for free. I am going to be an active supporter of Kits dot C A! Keep up the great work guys!!

I've ordered glasses online for years. KITS has the BEST customer service. I've had a few pairs that just don't fit quite right and they replaced them with zero issues.

The progressive lenses are starting too far up in the lense. I can't drive with the glasses on. The progressive part needs to be lower down. I hope KITS will remake the lenses. They need to take in effect that the glasses are more rectangle, a higher bottom to cheek area. So the progressive part needs to be moved further down when lenses are being made for this style of frame.
