The progressives I ordered did not suit my needs, turns out I need office progressives, not regular progressives. James guided me through re-measuring a couple things with my pupils and talked me through the options. They are sending out replacements for me free of charge and I can keep the other ones as a backup. Great customer service.

I am so impressed by the quality, customer service, processing time and speedy delivery. I have worn glasses for over 40 years and have always dreaded having to buy new glasses due to the cost, the length of time to get them usually over two weeks. I typically have paid over 3x the amount I paid for my Kits glasses and I got a lot more value than I have before. Will never buy again from my eye doctor.

The KITS website has more intrusive trackers than any that I can ever remember. The total count is 32 trackers. They sell your information to Google, Facebook, even Tik Tok, as well as others. A certain numbers of trackers are required for online transaction and a simple count of users, the usual amount is 4 to 6. If you have to shop at KITS, download a new browser, order, then uninstall the browser.

I am a first time customer, and the customer service was amazing. I made a mistake on my order and reached out and they gave me a discount on an order. For my mistake. They are sending me a replacement with the correct perscription and said for me to donate the old pair. The second pair I ordered were not a good fit for my face. They will replace them for me and I can keep the original pair as a spare. I will be calling back at a later date to get help picking out a new frame. I’m super happy.
