update I received a call shortly before I was expecting to have the glasses delivered stating that they didn’t meet quality control. And that it would take a few days they were very apologetic, but I was grateful to know that they went through quality control. Ultimately, I was able to see yesterday the glasses on my parent and he said they’re very comfortable and he’s happy with them which is great news. Really good experience ordering glasses over the phone. I was very grateful for the patience and the feedback that Diana the representative for KITS gave. I wasn’t sure which ones to pick and she was giving me options. She made it so easy to order glasses over the phone. She had confidence in being able to read the prescription when I was confused about it. I hope that once received they will work well for my father
