Great experience and high quality product! I had to wait longer for my glasses because they did not pass KITS quality check…well worth the wait! KITS stayed in contact with me all along the way. So happy they have a rigorous quality standard for my high prescription, with progressive glasses. They got it right!

I use to max out all our benifits + pay out of pocket at our optometrists office to buy my son 2 pairs of glasses every eye exam. Never again.. we were able to buy multiple pairs of kits, that were easy to purchase online using his prescription and the online try on feature. Our company benefits also reimbursed us for using kits. Two pairs of glasses for less then $70. We ordered them on a Monday they were at our front door Saturday, we use to wait 2-3 weeks when ordering from the optometrists office. My son loves his new specs and can't wait to max our our benefits buying from Kits, we'll probably be able to order another 4 -5 pairs. We have $400 every 2 yrs to use so that's saying alot. Also wanted to mention my sons prescription is fairly high 5.75+ so it's hard to find compatible cool / comfortable frames, Kits has so much to choose from. Very grateful for this company.

I can’t say enough great things about this company. The customer service, Chad in particular, was beyond amazing, courteous, empathetic and helpful to me when I lost my new glasses. I called to reorder but he offered to have them send me a new pair (for free) with expedited shipping! He also offered to change frames if I preferred. Now THAT’S customer service! Thank you KITS!! My mind is blown that this is real. I absolutely love this company!

I've opened up customer service and they responded quickly! they gave me a refund on a pair of glasses find uncomfortable and unsuited for me. thanks to this excellent customer service I will always recommend kits.ca to any person trying to purchase a pair online!

So... I left an earlier review that was a 3-star. I'd ordered 2 pair of glasses, and while one pair was fine, the other wasn't quite right, something was off on the lenses. Honestly, I didn't reach out to customer service, because for the price point, I was half expecting it not to work. Kits proactively contacted me to make it right, something you don't often see any longer. I was given a new pair of glasses that lenses are perfect on. I wanted an inexpensive option for a backup to my contacts, and Kits provided an excellent product. Both the follow-up from support and the replacement pair of glasses I received were great, so I will definitely return when I'm ready for a new pair (or two) of glasses.

Ordered glasses and paid for glasses to be expedited. Ended up taking 4 extra days to process the order and Kits sent them snail mail. Will receive them a week later! Customer service is the worst.

Oh my gawd! I was extremely surprised how my prescription glasses fit and the clarity is so crisp. To top it all off it’s stylish and affordable. I am now a loyal customer.

I was attracted to KITS as they are a local company and offer attractive glasses at a reasonable price. I also noticed my friend wearing the brand and I liked the quality of her glasses. I have a small face so I gad a bit of trouble getting the right fit. I spoke to several of the customer service agents and all were helpful and patient. When I got my glasses, they were too large. Joshua offered to send me different frames to try and Amanda helped me chose the most appropriate ones. It was really great the be able to put the frames on and get friends’ opinions. James helped me finalize the order and I will receive them next week. I am gobsmacked by their customer service! They really stand behind their products and want you to have an optimal experience. Can’t say enough about them! The prices are excellent too.

I’m am so happy with this company! I broke my glasses and can’t wear contacts at the moment because of an eye injury and I have really bad eyesight so I needed something fast. Wow. This company is great. I ordered glasses, they came super quick. I personally didn't like how they looked on me, so I've decided to return them. And the process was super easy, had to wait for less then a minute. Very nice person to talk to, and they put through a refund for me within 5 minutes.
