Glasses were of good quality, love that their a Canadian company, took only 2 days to ship domestically! I had an issue with one of the pairs of glasses regarding my personal preference, and was able to call and speak to James (18484002) who kind and gave a solution quickly. No hour long wait times to talk to someone, or having to jump through a bunch of hoops to speak to a real person. Will definitely be recommending kits to friends!

Glasses got shipped out pretty efficiently. Frame quality could be better, but you cannot complain at all given the prices. The size was a bit too big for me and opted to return it for a smaller for one, the customer service rep (Dennis S) was helpful, and let me keep the old glasses as a backup pair. Would definitely re-order again. And I've already recommended it to all my family!

I bought two pairs using my insurance. The shopping experience is well designed and user friendly. Shipping took 3 days which is efficient. I end up returning one pair because the nose pads have bad plastic smell. The customer service is amazing. James (18409523) refunded the pair immediately and let me keep the pair as a back up one. Overall, it’s a good experience.

I have been a client for a while! I got 4 pairs of glasses with them! However, the last one that I got ended up being bigger than I expected and for this reason for the first time I had to contact customer service to help me. Thats' when I got even more surprised with the company! Not only the most beautiful and confortable frames are made by them but also the patince and time to answer and bring a solution to my caase was unbelievable! I will definitely keep buying from them! Excellent in all ways!

I had a great experience. Although I ordered sunglasses instead of polarizing ones but the customer service rep was very understanding and helpful. Therefore I just reordered the correct ones. The sunglasses have bright and clear vision. Can’t wait to use it. My order arrived in 6 days. I would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered two eye glasses from Kits last week Wednesday and already got it yesterday. That’s less than a week of waiting so that’s great. I originally ordered the Orion Low Bridge but the fit and size wasn’t good on me. I should have gotten the Orion Comfort Fit. I started looking through the website about returns and exchanges. Gave their bot chat a try and requested to speak with an agent. I got everything settled through chat and told them what I wanted to exchange. Few minutes later, I get an order confirmation of exactly what I wanted, free of charge! I asked if I was going to get a return address so I can actually do the exchange but was told to keep it as back up or donate locally. That was really nice and great customer service! I can’t wait to get my new glasses 🤓

I got the wrong order. I specifically stated that I did not want the adjustable comfort pads on the nose, yet that is what they gave me. Additionally, I asked for the lens to be thinned, however, when I received the glasses they were thick.

I found Kits online and I didn’t know about them before. I think it’s one of the companies with the best customer service. I had ordered polarized glasses accidentally and was wondering how would I go about shipping them back and was anxious about the timeframe cause I needed new glasses. Francis helped me get new glasses for free without having me to ship the polarized ones back and now I have two glasses. Now if that’s not customer service I don’t know what else is.

I ordered glasses a few months ago and was happy with the purchase but one pair of my glasses broke. I contacted Kits online and received a quick response instructing me to send some pictures of the broken glasses. The pictures were sent and I was told to pick out a replacement frame and colour. Broke my glasses on a Friday and my replacement was being made on Saturday and received them Friday. Great customer service! Awesome experience

Amazing quality and service! I ordered Monday (on a holiday) and received the glasses Wednesday. I live in northern BC so I am used to shipping taking a little longer. Having the glasses within 2 days I couldn't believe it. The quality of the glasses are amazing, and the prices are extremely affordable. Love that they are made in BC as well!
