Massive respect to the Kits team and Tony in customer service for helping me out. I went to make an exchange on 2 pairs, fully expecting to ship the others back at my own expense. Not only did they not charge for the replacement, they shipped out the replacement frames same day and told me to keep the original 2 pairs or donate them locally. This is my 3rd and 4th pair with them and certainly not my last. They have wonderful communication and setting expectations for shipping timelines (which are quite quick considering it's BC to ON), their customer service was top-notch and their actual frames are very solid!

****REVISED REVIEW****Excellent customer service and the glasses arrived quickly and fit great! Ok so things changed. My lens was a bit loose on my right side and I let customer service know. They promptly said they would send me a new pair. I was so wowed. I got a phone call saying that the new pair didn't pass standards and the shipping would be delayed. It wasn't delayed much and they arrived today. I put them on and new right away they were not right. The vision was different than the original pair I'm still wearing. As well they were heavier. I thought I was imagining a weight difference but we put them on a food scale and they are a full 2 grams heavier than my first pair. They are also shaped differently. The 1st pair I could put on and wear right away. These ones the arms are straighter and farther from the frame so if I put them on and shook my head they would fall off. I was so wowed and now I'm feeling not so great about my purchase.

Wow. This is a truly amazing company. I've tried all the online glasses companies to get cheaper pairs and kits is easily my favourite. While I like a couple others as well (Cl. and Ze.), they don't come close in customer service, expedience of delivery (I'm in Victoria for reference), and pricing too. Easily the best customer service I have had at any company in 15 years.

Dennis was parient and very kind when he expained how to read my prescription (which was so helpful as I had ordered glasses and input the presription incorrectly so my beautiful glasses did not work for me!! I was so sad!!). He helped me sort out my order and get my presription glasses right this time! I will definitely be back for more in the future!! Thank you!!

I was so nervous to order glasses online, I probably sat on my shopping cart for 4 months before pulling the trigger. I ordered ‘low nose bridge’ frames thinking they would work on my Asian features, but they didn’t sit right and rested on my cheeks. At first I was irritated that you have to call for a return, but their service support is so calm and helpful, and helped guide me to choices that would work better for me. It was fast and easy and no hassle, and I was super impressed. Also, I want to mention that when I initially placed my order I manually entered my prescription and ordered progressive lenses, but they noticed the reader value was missing and reached out to confirm right away. Super customer service all around and they put me at ease to order my glasses online in the future.
James listened to my worries and was really helpful. Twenty-four hours after ordering contact lenses, I got an email informing me that one of my prescriptions was not available. You can only imagine how irritated I was when I got the email. He honoured the initial fee I was charged and replaced it with another brand in stock

My first order was 3 pairs, 2 regular lenses and the 3rd are transitional. I am amazed that they are all perfect. I was hesitant as I have a wide bridge and it's hard to find glasses that sit right. Also my prescription is a bit odd as I had lazer surgery on one eye, so there is a big variance. It took a bit for an optometrist to finally get it right. Kits for it right on all 3. What fun to be able to glasses at this price. Downside: I might be addicted.

I was able to purchase a pair of prescribe the glasses and a pair of prescribed sunglasses for a reasonable price. Unfortunately they were a little too big. Thankfully I called customer service and Francis was so helpful in assisting me with confirming what is the correct size for me and making a replacement order. Francis was much more helpful than I thought possible and I really appreciate it the service!
I ordered 2 pairs of Kits glasses and it turned out that there was a mistake on my end for one of the measurements. I reached out to the customer support team and they were able to fairly quickly assess the problem, show me how to make the correct measurements and send me return labels, and re-order new glasses for me. Packaging, delivery time and products were all received in good shape and quality. Will order from here again.
At a great price, I ordered a new pair of glasses from Kits for the first time. It was easy to provide the information required and it was processed and delivered promptly. Unfortunately, the new glasses, after keeping them on for 10 days, were just not quite right. It was difficult to negotiate stairs. I figured for low priced glasses I'd just have to suck it up, but then I received a follow up from Kits asking how the glasses were. To be fair and honest, I replied with the problem I had. VERY quickly, they asked me to do a minor measurement in a mirror with the new glasses. Without any other rigamorol, they instantly sent back a new set of glasses with this new data. The new pair are fantastic and they look great. I'll be recommending Kits to all my friends. And they have a rebate program for doing that too! I had a very kewl experience with these folks. GREAT customer service. They go out if their way to be sure you are pleased with their product. Hard to find that these days. Thank you Kits!
