I am very pleased with my experience with Kits so far. The website is user friendly, delivery was quick, and customer service friendly, capable, with very little wait time (I appreciate the callback option when no agents are currently available). Today, Francis helped me replace some glasses that didn’t fit quite right. He patiently answered my questions, provided me with solid advice, and processed my order with great efficiency. I am very impressed and will be recommending your company to my friends and family.

Loved the service, the process and my glasses. I ordered on line. They took my measurements on line, I picked my frame that matched my measurements. I had my glasses in less than a week delivered to my door and the price was amazing. Zero hassle.

Not only is their return policy quick easy and really beneficial from a customer stand point, Amanda was very sincere in genuinely wanting to help better my experience. This is why I’m staying with kits. Affordable and A++++ customer service. It took all of 5 minutes for Amanda to address and fix 2 issues within 2 separate orders, it doesn’t get better than that

I made a mistake in my online order, called Kits and, to my shock and surprise, had the issue resolved by Francis in a matter of minutes. The frames are just what I was looking for, the price at least 25% lower than everywhere else I looked and the service, both in store and on the phone, was just terrific. They could not have been more helpful. Six stars out of five.

The customer service for kits is absolutely amazing. I ordered two pairs and loved both of them but had doubts about the look on me so I wanted to return them and buy two pairs. I spoke to Chris and he made the process so easy and smooth. It was wonderful speaking to him and I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Ordered 2 pair glasses. Didn’t like the one pair so requested refund and ordered new pair. They ended up double charging me for the first 2 glasses and still haven’t done anything. You get what you pay for I guess. Cheap glasses garbage customer service.

As a first time buyer, I was cautious because after all, a wrong perception could cause harm. I didn’t know where to start, or have a p.d. Measurement. I called to look at how to begin the process and to ensure that I don’t get stuck with poor quality or the wrong product. Chris took my call and walked me through the process! He’s very knowledgeable , professional and has a winning personality ! As a first time buyer I totally recommend him to get you started and in the right direction. I received my glasses days later and they are the correct prescription and better quality that previous glasses I purchased from a brick and mortar store! One of the 3 pairs that I bought were not slightly off due to my own features and both Dennis and Chris rectified it with ease ! Once again solidifying my faith in this brand! I already have recommended Kits to everyone I know and will encourage anyone reading this to go ahead and give them a go ! Hands down the best online experience ( and possibly overall) ever !

I had a problem with one of the glasses, I was calling in to see what the options are and James was so amazing to tell me the different type of lenses and reviewed my prescription. He offered to replaced them and made sure I was satisfied with the frames before doing so, which was so considerate and beyond my expectation. He was so fast and responsive. This is my first time shopping for glasses online, I'm very happy and it takes the pressure off going to the actual store. I feel confident I'll be able to order what I need next time and I love the selection, it's really good quality frames and lenses.

I've ordered from kits in the past and had no issues. I enjoyed that pair of glasses and used them until my prescription changed. Fast forward a couple years I'd forgotten about kits and was like OH yeah! I'd been having an allergic reaction to my current frames and needed a replacement quickly. From the night I ordered to having the glasses on my face was 3 days. I've had the glasses a few weeks but I wasn't happy with the way the frames looked on my face. I hummed and hawed about reaching out as I figured they wouldn't be eligible for exchange having been worn and out of the packaging. I called customer service and got connected with Amanda. She said no worries! Keep the current pair as a back up, go on the site and pick out a new frame and we'll send it out to you. I was shocked. That's some amazing customer service. There was nothing wrong with my prescription, no manufacturer defects, I simply did not love the frames on my face once I got them and they still went above and beyond to fix my issue. I was able to go back in my order history and find the frames I had ordered years ago and loved, they still make the frame which is amazing! I've emailed to have them as a replacement. I'm hoping they'll continue to keep the frame in stock as I'm sure I'll want to order it again as my prescription continues to change.

My son ran out of contacts and had his first day of work and a Rugby tournament in 3 days and really needed to see for both! I ordered thru Kits, crossed my fingers but wasn't sure they'd arrive in time. Kits is normally really fast but I knew it would be touch & go. But Kits came thru for the win! They arrived an hour before we had to leave. Completely saved us. That's why I keep coming back even though there are so many options out there. So easy, so fast and reliable.

The glasses ordered are great quality. There was an issue on my end with the prescription. Spoke to an agent Diana who was extremely helpful and fixed the issue very quickly. Will continue to use kits for all my glasses and contacts. Excellent product and customer service.
