I'm so happy with Kits and had the best experience. Received my glasses within 3 business days. I wasn't too sure with the frames that I chosen and CS was able to assist me within minutes. Customer service is A+++. I definitely will make my next purchase with Kits again.

The complete experience with Kits was fabulous. I had the opportunity to be able to visit their store in Kitsilano, Vancouver and try on frames before buying. The vibe in the store and the enthusiasm of the staff for their products was refreshing. Not only was the enthusiasm up to par, the service provided was excellent. From walking through the ordering process with me, to measuring my pupil width and where my pupils sat within the frame, to the fulfillment of the prescription, and the delivery of the product, I can not fault them at all. Communication was good and delivery was timely. The quality of the product is great. I love my new eyewear and would recommend this company wholeheartedly. I will be ordering from them again.

I bought a pair back in January first time I've had to pay beyond what was covered. They were plastic and the frames cracked at the of February and they were replaced but about the same thing happened and I was fed up. I decided that if I keep the cost down around $200 I would be happy. I heard about Kits and so checked it out for the $200 I would be able to get lenses I would dream about (premium progressives with photo chromatic lenses) I ordered a little concerned about the $28 frames I opted for the kits VIP with the free gifts $100 off over the 25% off, it was only $10 more, the gifts being worth $33. Ordered Wednesday and arrived Friday morning. The frames are the best quality I've ever had, the lenses perfect and they still sent the coolest glasses box w/microfiber cloth despite receiving the box and cloth through the VIP option and have never recieved glasses in under a week let alone 2 days. Absolutely incredible, my complaint is why didn't I know this years ago. Had I just gone with the high quality lenses and the basic progressive lens the total cost would have been $97 less than half of the first set I bought cost. Unbelievable but so pleased.

Dear Kits Team, What incredible service. Today I received my most recent order. It contained two pairs of glasses. The first pair were perfect. For some reason the second pair did not have the correct lens strength- or for some reason did not suit my eyes. I contacted the Kit's customer service dept. and within 3 hours I had a message saying a new pair of glasses were being made. There were no follow up questions- customer satisfaction is obviously important to this company.

Dear Kits Team, I just wanted to reach out and express my appreciation for your glasses and the reasonable costs you provide, which are on par with eyewear options from countries like Japan and Vietnam. I have been a long-time glasses wearer, and paying a minimum of $600 for a pair has always felt excessive. Discovering Kits has been a breath of fresh air. I have noticed that when I mention Kits to opticians here in Canada, some become defensive and even rude. I suspect this is because they are struggling to compete with your reasonable pricing. It's clear to me that Kits is here to stay, and the fact that you're making waves in the industry and challenging the status quo is a sign that you're doing something right. Great prices/replacement policy. Pricing for glasses and prescription sunglasses are a fraction of the cost at retail. Had an issue with my prescription sunglasses contacted support and they replaced them for free, they were very easy to work with and very fast with my new glasses.

I order a pair of glasses from Kits for the first time after hearing many good things from other customers. My glasses arrived very quickly and were perfect! I was very happy! A couple weeks later...my new foster Puppy grabbed my glasses (my fault, I had put them down on a low end table 🤦🏻‍♀️). She then jumped up on the couch before I could grab them. Unfortunately, those sharp puppy teeth already did the damage! I decided I'd email Kits just to see if there was a way the damage could be fixed...buffed out maybe..I dunno...I was just hoping lol. They emailed me back asking if I could send a pic and they'd see if anything could be done. I sent them a pic and they immediately just placed an order for a free replacement pair!!! I couldn't believe it! Totally above and beyond!! I'll be a customer for life!

This was my 2nd time ordering from kits because my prescription changed and my glasses from my first order was getting old from everyday wear. It did hold up pretty good but it was time for a new pair. When ordering there was glitch with the website that made it accidentally order the wrong colour (which I did notice before I confirmed the order but I thought it would still send me the colour I wanted) so when the order arrived and I noticed it was not the colour I wanted I called them and got through to a real person pretty quickly. James was very helpful and he ended up sending me the right pair of glasses but he told me I didn't need to send back the wrong pair and I could keep it as a backup. So I basically got a free pair of glasses. So I'm very happy with Kits so far and will definitely use again in the future!

Amazing company and I love everything they stand for. I still remember finding the perfect pair of glasses a few years ago at a big retailer and they quoted me for over $500! When I looked on Kits, they had the exact same pair and it was more than 60% cheaper (prescription lenses included). Also, I just recently bought 2 pairs of glasses and was having trouble with one of them and the customer service rep helped efficiently and effectively with no hassle. It was the smoothest customer service experience I have ever experienced. Thank you again Gabriela, you rock! Overall, amazing quality glasses at a great price.

We made a mistake when ordering glasses, and somehow ordered two identical pairs. Once we realized our error, we emailed KITS who quickly amended our order and credited our card. This is our second order from KITS and with this great customer service, we will continue to shop with this company! Well done KITS!

I made my first order from KITS and I was deeply saddened when I received my pair of prescription glasses because they were too big and fell off my face no matter how much I tried to bend the legs to fit better. I reached out to KITS and asked if there is anything they could do. They gave me the option to donate my glasses and that they would replace my pair with a smaller frame. I am now awaiting my new frames and I couldn’t be more excited that they will be a perfect fit. I have never had a smoother customer service experience. Thank you KITS
