Amazing service they offer!! But the quality glasses also amazing. I had problem with my glasses kept falling off my face (I have low bridge on my nose). I called them after 2 days of trial, called to replace. they offer me another pair of glasses and lens to replace the one I ordered for FREE!! WOW! they really want their customers to be satisfied of their purchase. So far I purchase 5 pair of glasses. Highly recommend them. Place order on Sunday and receive my pair of glasses on Wednesday (Vancouver-Montreal). Quick service!! AMAZING
Very excellent experience I had with KITS recently! Reasonable price, good quality, helpful guidance on how to measure for eyewear, quick and easy to upload your my prescription on. I was in a specific situation since my supply for contact lenses was about to run out so I was in need of the contacts and the glass pretty urgently. Customer Service was being really understanding, trying to run my process through a bit faster for me, I appreciated it a lot. Definitely will get back in touch with KITS in the future for my contacts supply and my next pairs of glasses. Totally recommend!!!

I had ordered glasses that unfortunately did not fit my face well. I was a little hesitant to return them because I thought the process would be a hassle. However, it was the opposite. When I called, they quickly refunded me and even gave me the option to keep the glasses that did not fit me or donate them. This is one of the best customer experiences I have had in a while.
I have ordered several pairs of glasses from Kits now and have been really happy with the product and experience. Recently, I had some minor damage to one of my pairs. I reached out for advice on repair and Kits sent a new pair right away with no questions asked. Fabulous service!

Having already owned a pair of KITS glasses I can say the build quality you get is exceptional. This review is in regards to my most recent order. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses. 2 for myself and 1 for my wife. Unfortunately, when I got the shipping confirmation the prescription was changed to be my wife’s. After calling customer service, a kind customer service agent named Denis offered to comp me the 2 pairs with the wrong prescription in addition to not needing to send back the other 2 pairs that my wife will now be able to use. Overall, some of the best hassle free customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Amazing price, amazing customer service. The only bad note is the quality of there frames that can be a bit brittle but I think for the price, they are still excellent quality. I've had way more expensive glasses breaking for same reasons.
Always a great experience with Kits costumer service. I previously ordered two pairs of glasses from Kits, one pair was perfect but the other was just too big for my face (the quality of the glasses is by far the best out of any other place I’ve ordered from). Diana was able to quickly exchange the pair for me with no extra cost (yay!) and was an absolute pleasure to speak with. Diana was quick, knowledgeable, and so helpful overall! It’s only been an hour since our interaction and my new glasses are already being assembled. Thank you Diana and Kits!
This company has got customer service figured out. Quick, polite responses. I have ordered 4 pairs of glasses. I love them except 1 pair that I misjudged and did not like on me. No problem. They were replaced within a matter of days free of charge. Highly recommend.
I usually never write reviews, but with Kits, I had to. I've ordered my contact lenses twice from them, and their website is very intuitive and simple to use. Their prices are great compared to other places, and the lenses match my brand and prescription perfectly. Plus, the shipping is extremely fast
I am so impressed with KITS! I placed my first order and within 3 days they were at my door. The are good quality and low cost. One pair didn't suit me so I called to return it. They exchanged the item free of cost! All done within 5 minutes of calling. I definitely recommend going with KITS. Great experience.
