Excellent bang for your buck. Amazing customer service as well. I mistakenly put my eye prescription for 1 measure and they offered me a replacement free of charge. Would not buy from anywhere else than from Kits. They are the best by far.

I had an issue with the lens on my glasses. Sent email to customer service and explained. The response was quick, polite, and genuine. EXCEEDED my expectations by a long shot. Resolved my issue, they have sent replacement pair and were extremely helpful. What a great experience in this day when customer service is rare from most companies. Great job!!!!

Great customer service. I bought 3 pairs of glasses, they arrived very quickly, they are durable. I didn't like the color of one of them, so I called to exchange them and they were very helpful.

I made a mistake when I placed my order. When I called customer service to fix my order. James was so helpful and without question's or cost to me he replaced my order correctly. Thank you…. The whole process is easy! My glasses are great! And don’t hesitate to add in the extras ($20) to your glasses order.

Fantastic service, I received a pair of reading glasses that were not quite right. These were replaced with no charge. I ordered 2 more pair and they are excellent value for the money. I highly recommend Kits.

Quick response time and great service! I ordered 3 pairs of glasses except I forgot to change my PD on two pairs. Emailed them right away and they fixed it. The glasses came in under a week. Two of the pairs that came were in black (I ordered purple and blue). I called and he explained it was a misunderstanding when they switch the PD on the prescription. They are sending me the proper pairs free of charge and I can keep the black ones! Would recommend!

Great customer service and products.

Ordered for the fist time. Glasses were high quality and the frames were very sturdy. Loved the frames, however, one of the arms was a bit crooked. Contacted Kits customer service, sent two pics, and they sent a replacement quickly. Can't say enough good things about customer service. MUCH better than my experience with other low cost mail order glasses companies.

I just wanted to write a quick review of my experience with the customer service that I received from Robert. When I called in the service from Robert was amazing! I needed my receipt addressed due to my mistake for billing purposes for insurance and he corrected it and sent me an email promptly. This is the 3rd time ordering and not my last time. Great products for great prices!

They lost my package, but quickly resolved the issue and sent me a new one. Received my glasses fast and they are top quality. Will purchase again

Every time I’ve ordered from KITS, It’s always an amazing experience because for one I’m sure we can agree what better satisfaction then receiving something that you actually need to complete your daily tasks in a timely fashion, only good things to say about this company.

There was an error with the prescription when entered online (I think it was my error) I said I would just order a new pair and they just went ahead and corrected the prescription and sent me a new pair! Great customer service that was above a beyond. Frames are excellent so far as well. I will order again.

I ordered prescription glasses with Kits for the first time, and my glasses are perfect, fit very well, and were delivered promptly. They came with a nice case and cleaning cloth. I highly recommend Kits for affordable and modern looking glasses. I also got a lovely pair of sunglasses.

I initially had a problem with my delivery being delayed. Upon informing them, they did their utmost best in setting things right. Excellent customer service. The frames and the quality of lenses used are fantastic. Great value!!! My wife and son will be ordering from Kits a few pairs for themselves soon.

I made an error with my lenses in my most recent order but Dennis assisted me with a replacement and no extra cost. I had no wait time when I called and he was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was a first time customer. I called Kits to verify my discount code and the representative, Francis, was extremely helpful. He pointed out that I had ordered the wrong type of contacts for the prescription I submitted. He helped me find the correct lenses. Francis was very patient with my many questions and showed excellent customer service!

Amazing... A mom here! Ordered for my daughter who is 9 hrs away from home at a northern ontario college... glasses arrived on time.. exactly as ordered. Perscriptions were spot on. They even sent her a small gift ! Thank you soo much Kits! Will order again for sure !
