Worst shopping experience as a first time buyer

Warning for US shoppers! Please know their return policy. If you want to return an item, they will charge you $49 to return from the states! This was not even the beginning. I ordered what the description read as “ Green Printed Kurta And Pant SKU: SG252808-42” thinking I would be receiving a top and a bottom. When I received my product, I only received the top. I was already upset at this point because I order the specific item as I saw they were going to ship in a specific time frame. I had a wedding to attend the weekend that I received the product. So, I contacted customer service because I thought I was going to receive a set. Agent that I spoke to let me know that he was going to reach out to the packaging department to “see what happen with the product” and stated “this can take 24-48 hours.” So few days past and I contact customer service again. It was the weekend when I contacted the and I was told “unfortunately our team has not gotten back and they will reach out to you when they are back in the business.” So I waited a few more days. Today (5 days later from contacting them) they reached out to me letting me know that the description was wrong and that thank you for letting them know about this issue and they were going to give me a 10% off my order (which would only be 13 dollars and I was still out my pants). At this point the wedding was already over and I only needed the outfit for the wedding so I let them know that I wanted to return the items because I no longer needed it as I was not able to wear it for the wedding. Here was the worst experience. They kept bargaining with me and did not want to process my refund and even told me “we can ship you the pants, we would need to charge you $15 for shipping”… They also told me I need to compare the price of the set to other sets to see that the price didn’t justify the set price. This was highly unprofessional and they wasted my time. They even told me about the return policy afterwards and stated “we will need to complete a quality check to then process your refund.” Mofos, you didn’t even “quality check” your website to make sure that your descriptions are correct, how am I held responsible for your company mistake? This was the worst experience ever and I would not waste my time with this shop if you are a US shopper. I was still told that I had to wait 1-2 days for a return label and they were going to “try their best to waive the $49 dollar return label.” Don’t waste your time!
