Easy to deal with and cost competitive.
The Jucy crew are always super friendly and helpful and make it easy to deal with. The price point is always a major factor in booking but I am yet to have a poor experience with Jucy
We booked a Jucy Condo for Australia. Our van had a cocktoch infestation, the seal on the drivers door (creating a horrendous noise whilst driving) and fridge (our food kept going off) were broken. In addition, the passenger seat was broken and and the window was broken reducing the security of the van. We felt they don't maintain or check their vans prior to releasing them, making our experience awful. We attempted to resolve the issues multiple times and were not able to get through to anyone. This lead to us emailing, we didn't get a response for 15 days! I'm not sure our experience just applies to Australia.

Staff seemed slow, under experienced and at times a bit short with us. Didn’t seem to bothered when we left but they were very pernickety about any marks when we got back - very very glad we took photos. We booked an out of hours collection but were told when we called on arrival that we had not - were left waiting for 2.5hrs to collect after arriving from the UK. Not directly relatable to the car hire, but toilet / shower facilities at their office had clearly not been cleaned for a few days (bins overflowing).
We had a great time in our Juicy van right from the start to the end. The front desk staff where lovely, our van wasnt going to be ready for some time which would have meant our travel plans would have been disrupted, but they sourced another one for us. Jason was amazing. Our side window broke whilst travelling and they organised where to get it fixed and gave us a rental car whilst this was being done. Would definitely hire a campervan through them again.
I booked and paied a car through an european agency but we didn't find our reservation at Queenstown airport. Jucy helps us to solve this problem. Thank you very much ...you are very good

We got exactly what we booked which was a reliable camper with comprehensive instructions and help when we picked it up. My husband had an accident half way round which prevented onward travel in the van, however Jucy arranged a car to be available in Christchurch and we completed our trip with that. Thank you Jucy
One thing that could be better is info on where the free phone is located at Queenstown airport, because having just flown in from the uk it's the last thing you need to be looking for! but once found all went well at pick up and at dropping off again and with lift back to airport all smooth no hassles, oh and the car went well during our trip, a bit newer car would be good to have next time

We’ve arrived on the last flight for Queenstown. It was cold and raining outside when we visited, we waited and there was no shuttle arranged for us even though we put our flight details when we booked. We had no choice but to arrange our own transport from the airport to the hotel and on the next day to grab our car rental. We went there, surprised that they lent the car we reserved for other people. Not happy with this experience.
Good customer service
If I could give this company 0 stars, I would do that. Their costumer service is terrible for starters. Our water tap didn’t work for 14/20 days of our trip. We were in contact with them from the start, and they first managed to fix it after two weeks! Then we were promised compensation for the days without water which we never got. They ALSO charged us 500 dollars (originally 3000 dollars) for potential damages to the car without even knowing if there were something wrong with it. When we returned the campervan it got checked for damages and they found nothing. We were told we would get our money back but again - we never did. Stay away from this company.
Cheaper then other car companies. But expect to get an old beat up car with high mileage. No issues mechanically, so can't complain considering price. Also last airport transfer is 16:30 when dropping off, so we had to get Uber to transfer to Brisbane airport. Overall age of car and airport transfer issues were not made that clear. But otherwise cheap and cheerful.
A lot of issues with this agency. I'm currently renting a jucy campervan, this is the second van I have because the first one was not drivable (no lights for the night drive, mechanical issues, USB charger not working etc...) So I had a second van After I've been stuck for 2 days in the middle of nowhere... They promised me I will have a refund for these 2 days, I have it on an email from jucy, but they dont want to refund it in the Auckland agency... Also, my second van (where I'm right now) had the tap broken ... I spend 5 days without Access to water because they did nothing. Also, they promised me compensation, but nothing again... Last thing, when I Switch for my second van, they booked me an hôtel in Wellington, Hôtel I had to pay by myself... Really, dont rent a car on a campervan from Jucy rental ! You will experience a lot of issues and their hotline is really Bad. They are cheap, and here's the reason ! Rent a car from an other agency, it can't be worse I'm sure of it ! Also, they Reply to everyone to send an email to feedback, but there's no answer from it. If you have an issue with your van, they won't be honest enough to give you back the Money they owe you... Sad ! (I send maybe ten Times an email to feedback with proof that Jucy promess me to refund me, but no answer...)
We rented a Jucy Chaser for 2 weeks to travel the south island of New Zealand, picking up and dropping off in Christchurch. I'm surprised at the amount of bad reviews below as we had a great experience with the company. All staff very friendly and helpful. The van was fantastic and we had such an amazing trip. I would highly recommend Jucy, and the price was way cheaper than anything else we found. 10/10 overall!!!!
6 Wochen Neuseeland mit einem Wohnmobil (Berth 6). Dieses Wohnmobil war alt, abgewohnt und verdreckt, lediglich der Boden war frisch gewischt. Überall war Schimmel (in den Hochschränken, Verdunkelungsvorhang - ein Schlafen im Alkoven war nicht möglich, so gestunken hat es), alles verdreckt, ständig sind unterm Fahren die Schränke aufgegangen, einige Verstaufächer außen ließen sich nicht öffnen, das Mückenschutzgitter an der Tür nach draußen fehlte komplett (toll bei so viel Sandfliegen!) , Scheibenwischanlage kam kein Wasser (obwohl alles voll), die Birne eins des Fahrzeuglichtes war defekt, die Pfanne war unbrauchbar, der Lüfter derart verdreckt, daß er sich gar nicht mehr bewegte, bei Regen tropfte Wasser über den Abluftschlauch auf den Herd rein, das Wasser lief nach dem Duschen sehr langsam nur ab. Die Matratzen waren derart durchgelegen daß wir uns entschlossen aufblasbare Betten zu kaufen. Stromkabel gabs keins (mußten wir nachkaufen, wurde aber ersetzt). Ständig mit Jucy telefoniert, dort kommt man bei einer netten Dame raus, die das allerdings immer nur weiterleitet und man einen Rückruf bekommt - dazu wartet man allerdings dann 2 Tage Ganz ehrlich: hier spart man am falschen Eck! Haben auf den Campingplätzen mehrere Leute getroffen und allen (egal ob Wohnmobil oder Van) ging es ähnlich. Maui und Britz-Bucher waren dagegen sehr zufrieden
