Like, very much so, your staff who were very helpful during all of my contact with them. Dislike. The car was 10 years past its prime and drove like it to. Until I refilled it. It must have been filled with the wrong fuel by the prior renter!! The picture of the car on the rental website was a new corolla. If I had known how old the car was I would have paid more for a newer one. The location of your pickup and drop-off in Melbourne is nonsensical my flight was leaving Melbourne at 0700 on a Sunday morning!! A major international airport!! What is the procedure for out of office hours drop of??

Could rent vehicle when 19 years old, most companies you have to be 21 or 25 to rent vehicle. Great service too with pick up and drop off to airport. Thanks

I returned it intact. One month later, my payment was deducted and I didn't know what was deducted and they didn't contact me. Such arbitrary deduction is very immoral.

Awful experience. Got charged for apparently not filling the car up on return and found it impossible to resolve with staff and did not get a response when speaking with the contact centre.

The staff very nice and helpful. The location is not very convenient, need the airport pick up and drop off. The rental rate is excellent, but the car has the bad body condition; too many damages internal/external, but the mechanic is fine. Not sure whether I have this car because I have the special rate and pay the full cover insurance.

Easy process to grab the car from the Queesntown. We returned the car from Christchurch. Easy and quick process for returning and get the paper work done. However, 8 of us were sitting on the van waiting for a driver to send us to airport. It has been a long wait. We have siting in the van for at least 10 minutes, and also called the driver twice. We were really lucky to give ourselve more than enough time on this so we are not miss our flight.

Super easy to get the car and drop off especially after hours - full insurance offered a peace of mind to us and a stress free trip! Car was clean and with a full tank. Staff super pleasant and friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle service came in handy too!! Overall great experience made easy.

Relatively smooth process. Would have been good to have cruise control for such a long drive.

We got very good rate for renting, except the age of the car. We also got a half day more to return the vehicle, which helped us to avoid running in hurry.

We hired twice for about 2 weeks each, once in Australia and once in New Zealand. Both times pickup was quick and efficient, staff very nice, cars were not new - but went well and did the job. Drop off in Australia was before they opened, but there were workers at the site who asked if we needed the toilet, which they didn't have too. drop off in Christchurch, took a little longer as we couldn't figure out how to return it. The office was busy with renters picking up and there was no one to ask, finally we got hold of someone who called the 'returns' person and we were loaded into the bus and taken to the terminal by a friendly driver. The indicators and window wipers are on the opposite sides to my car in the USA, the number of times I hit the wiper instead of the indicators became a quite funny. When I got back to the USA I started doing in again!!

The location was in Suburbs and we waited an hour for the manager to finally serve us. I ordered a car with sat nav and was assured of this when booking only to find they didn’t have a car with sat nav. After searching another 35 mins he came up with a device that stuck to windscreen with suction cup which fell off half way to Adelaide Hills. The manager took no responsibility for this when I asked him to deliver another saying I would have to drive back to their depot to get a new device. I would never, never recommend this organisation as their cars are clapped out and customer service is non existent. Beware. My holiday was ruined by this incompetent manager and company. Flight came in late. We had to take a taxi to the depot that was closed and no key/car available. Had to pay for uber to hotel then back to depot next morning

The car was old, had not been washed and rattled alarmingly when backing. That said, it worked. Also, despite the website saying that a shuttle would be available to collect me from the airport on my phoning, to take me to the depot, I was told to get a taxi or uber. I did that, and was reimbursed as promised. Otherwise the customer service was friendly and helpful.
