Awesome people and customer service. Especially, Janette. The vehicle we rented would not win any beauty contests but it was indeed "mechanically sound", just as Janette had assured me.

Super friendly staff in Adelaide, heaps of good information. A not so posh car, a little working horse/pony with dents an bruises, but without any technical issues. Drop of at Melbourne was without any problems, I think at Easter Sunday. Shuttlebus was damaged, so a uber was organized as a shuttle to the airport. A inquiry about a short notice crib (small camper) was checked and possible. I didn't use it, because of changed plans. If I get back to Australia, I would use jucy again.

Really easy pick up and drop off. Comfortable car… it was what it said on the tin.

The car, which I paid full price for was a wreck. Every panel was dinted and the rear window was covered in a contact film which made it impossible to see through. The second car was slightly better but again looked like it was from Rent a Bomb not a supposedly reliable company.

We were looking at hiring a campervan for a two week trip to Alice Springs and Ayers rock. We happened to find Jucy while Googling and were 5 mins from the office. Called in and spoke to Alex he was excellent, answered all our questions, showed us the different vans, what was on board, how everything worked. We left with the dates booked and the deposit paid. The day of pick up we dealt with two other staff, again both could not have been more helpful. The van exceeded our expectations in that it was a slightly bigger, newer model than what we had seen. Alice Springs, here we come..... Everything on the van worked as it should, was all neat, clean and tidy. 5,500 Kms no issues but we did have a vibration in the steering wheel at 110kms on the highway, nothing a wheel alignment would not fix. We reported it on drop off and they said they would check it out. While we there we noticed two bigger mobile homes in the car park and asked about them. Again, no issues getting the keys showing us through the vans another really good interaction with a fourth staff member. We are already looking forward to a New Zealand trip, no doubt in a Jucy mobile home. We can not recommend these Guys highly enough and have already referred others to them. Helpful, Friendly & Efficient service from airport pick up , the office and again when we returned the car and back to the airport . Couldn't ask for better service.

I was very pleased with my experience with JUCY, I hired a small car in March 2023 for two weeks at a good price via Booking dot com. The staff were helpful and patient, although very busy. A small problem was that I didn't notice that the petrol tank was half empty on collection (it should be full on pick up and on drop off) so I had to telephone JUCY to make a note of that, on drop off I left it half empty and the staff didn't have a problem with this.

Check in and out was very slow and undermanned, not the personnels fault. The shuttle from the airport wasn’t running so had to get an Uber, the money was refunded. The car looked like it had been hit by a meteor shower when putting the marks on the sheet the whole car should have been circled. It was filthy on the outside and I had to get something to clean the windscreen as I couldn’t see through it with the sun on it.Having said that it did drive ok. Had a long wait to be returned to the airport which I couldn’t understand since it’s only a few miles away. Although I must say the driver who took us was very friendly and a pleasure to talk too. Overall would I use Jucy again, probably not with the experience we had. Probably Melbourne wanting to get rid of the biggest lemon on there fleet since it was a one way hire. Pick up Melbourne airport/ Drop off Adelaide airport.

The car was a good price but it was a shame the remote didn't work and had to go old school and use the key. Pick up was very business like but all was good

All went well, transportation to and from airport seamless. Slight hiccup when we picked car up and drove away - no fuel in tank. We returned which added another hour delay while car refueled

Customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Everything went as planned. No hidden costs or steps.

Jucy staff were very friendly and helpful. Booking the car online was easy and it was the cheapest car by far and while it was basic (You get what you pay for!!!), it was reliable and clean and had everything we needed in a car. The pick up and drop off of the car went very smoothly and the shuttle to and from the Airport was really good too. It was a pleasant experience all round and will definately be using this company again!

Your people, friendly and laid back but professional

Easy to book. Easy to collect the car and easy to return it. The staff were friendly and helpful in Queenstown.
