good things, departure time late nought & drop off time after hours, we drop car and walk to airport 15/20 minutes, that’s all

Pick up from the airport, simple booking process and payment with an unexpected upgrade to a better car for the originally agreed price.

This was our 2nd experience using Jucy car rentals and we thought the service was friendly, courteous, and a good value. We even stayed at one of their hostels in Auckland. We would definitely rent from them again.

Apart from a break down ( new battery was necessary) all went well.

The car was just what I wanted and ran very well. The Jucy staff were friendly and helpful. The price was very good. I would give 5 stars except that the location wasn't right at Queenstown Airport and when I arrived from staying in Queenstown I had to get a bus and then walk with luggage (though direct from the airport there is a shuttle which I used when leaving).

Easy booking and communication. Vehicle was as expected - clean but not pristine. Transfer from airport arrangement was responsive. We had to make our own way back to airport as we returned the car after office hours. They let us know on arrival and uber was easy and cheap to catch back to airport.

Staff were friendly and helpful and a joy to deal with.

We found Jucy to be competitive, on time to pick us up and drop off at the airport and pleasant all round. Also when booking it was easy and quick best part no hidden costs.
