The pickup from the airport was prompt and efficient. Once at the depot the helpful staff ensured our car was quickly available so our journey could commence. During the time we had the car, 1600km, there were no issues or concerns. Delivery at our destination depot was once again quick and stressless, followed by a much appreciated ride to the airport. An easy and enjoyable experience.
Fantastic value for money and hassle free, unlike companies in the uk who spend hours scanning their cars for tiny scratches and charge the customer for repairs - without ever paying for any repair work to be done! Customer service was good as well so I would highly recommend Jucy to anyone.

The size of the rental was way too small, classed as small SUV I think it was. Hyundai Kona? Ridiculous hours of operation at Melbourne Airport office. I drove it into Melbourne city to drop it off and got charged $ for the added effort..
The instructions to get to Jucy were clear, we were collected promptly from the airport and were provided with the car we booked which was reliable
Arrived at JUCY Rentals with the yard all closed up, No Keys left out for us & No after Hours Contact details, had to go back to Airport & HIRE another (HERTZ) Car for 24 hours & Drive back 20 hours later & swap HIRE vehicles. Complete shambles & cost me an additional $300. Would not use Bookings.Com or JUCY Rentals again!!!
