Twice I was told that I would be signed up with a new supplier and then told that the supplier was either not authorized to supply my service or some other bogus excuse. I found a supplier on my own.

They was able to save my money on my electric bill. Definitely recommend it

Ok, I saw Arbor on a social media platform when I was scrolling one day. Yeah, another fast money scam to make money? WRONG! After my last electric bill I had nothing to lose except some time and money to gain if it were true. When I signed up and sent my bill. I was immediately sceptically. I emailed Arbor and the team got back to me quickly with answers on the rates. No risk, cancel anytime. So far, I've consistently saved money on every month and have no reason to cancel. It's been about 18 months. I'm glad I took the time to send them my bill for comparison. I'm taking time to write this on a Saturday morning because for lots of people, money is tight and if this review finds you, I hope it's helpful.

I was able to get exactly what I need at a very reasonable price. I checked other companies and the item was either unavailable, too expensive, had higher shipping costs, or would require more time to ship. Thanks for great service!

So far so good. The change to a different supplier was seamless. Customer service was quite fast and provided detailed responses. Arbor appears to be a very transparent company and explains everything up front. Now just have to wait and see how much I really save.

This company scammed me and charged me for something I never signed up for. Please if you get any emails stay clear and report report report. Also the good review comments are paid people.

I was enrolled with a company of a higher rate than I was paying. You guaranteed a lower rate. Now I am not able to get my lower rate back. This company is a scam. Don't fall for their advice.

Very easy to use. Answer a simple Questionnaire and they find the options and prices for you and even sign you up. Ended up saving 10-12 cents per kWH, which equates to 15-20$ a month for me, and I barely made an effort and it didn’t cost me anything, as Arbor is paid by the suppliers. What’s not to like.

This super simple service helped me save money almost instantly. It was low effort, easy to understand, and totally legit!

I can not say what I didn't like, never used them as my supplier. I've seen other reviews and comments. Mixed reviews. But for the most part others seem to like Arbor.

Very well. I'm pleased with the lower utility bill.

When first moving into my new home my electric bill was over 300.00. As a single mom on a single income I cried not knowing how was I going to keep affording an electric bill over 300.00. Tried getting on payment plan but couldn't since I just started then I found arbor I figured I would try it cause it could not hurt and I could cancel at time. It was easy to apply took maybe 5 minutes and within 2 months I saw savings I was paying 1/2 off my first bill.

Arbor has helped me shave nearly $150 off my monthly electric bill!! I was hesitant to sign up at first, but I am so happy I did! It was so easy to get my account connected and start saving. Thank you Arbor!
