I just wanted to take the time to give Arbor a shout out for their great customer service! I recently received an early termination fee, I emailed them and in less than 24 hours it was taken care of. Energy bills are insane and I'm so grateful for this company!

Great service, already saved me a lot of money on my monthly electric bill

Long back I chose to buy power and gas from a third party after researching on the BGE website links to lower my energy rate. After a year the third party increased the price and I also moved to another apartment. I had to call and cancel the service separately. So I have been purchasing the energy directly from BGE since then which could be 4-5 years to avoid the hassles of changing the third party every year and finding which company is providing the lowest rate etc. After I read the Arbor terms and conditions that they would do the research on which third party is cheapest every year and change the energy supplier automatically and I don't have to put any effort which is even a free service by the team Arbor, I was very happy to accept their offer. I would say their business model is awesome, they are not charging me but helping me reduce the energy bill - just unimaginable.

I signed up for Arbor three months ago and was easily able to make a decision regarding changing our electric provider. I knew this option was available but would always get intimidated when trying to sort through the various options. We’ve saved $30 off the past two bills- would highly recommend.

Emailed them to close my account. They responded by asking why do I want to close my account and then a list of why Arbor is great. I had to email them back saying I just want to close my account, I don't feel like I need to owe them any explanation for why. After a few back and forth emails, they closed my account but made it confusing and longer than needed. A day later, I got an email asking me to review their customer service and I said it wasn't the best. Thought it would be the end right there but no, Arbor read it and emailed me about my review, they even misspelled my name, and their email just kept repeating why their company is great and all. I just felt that they were being too difficult and I was interested in using arbor but now, I don't want to deal with the complications with using them and the many reviews online about them being scammy.

Finally a company with consumers best interest in mind. I highly recommend Arbor to find you a lower rate on your energy services as they take the headache of searching and researching out of your hands and find you the best rate automatically. What’s not to love. Plus they reimburse for ETFs. Yeah! Thanks Arbor!

I did not win or lose. I am now on Solar and the savings go only to you as you are not reducing the 199$ I pay every month, but I wonder you don't pay the savings to me separate.

After connecting my utility company to Arbor. They periodically send me updates on if they have found better rates than I have currently. So far so good.
