In general very convenient service: easy automatic install and the service works seamlessly (tested in Iceland and USA in July 2025) When I made a mistake and purchased the package on email address associated with one mobile phone while I needed it on another mobile phone, Carl from customer service super-fast resolved it by reassigning newly purchased package to another email address so I could install eSim on second mobile phone. Again, fast, efficient, customer centric. Very different (meaning super positive) from my todays catastrophic experience with another “bigger provider”.

Really helpful guys. Couldn’t get stuff working for a while. Stuck in Borneo, everyone around me had 5G, I got an intermittent ‘E’. TBF they got back to me after much investigation and sent me highly complex instructions… I didn’t understand or follow half of them but the problem did get fixed… I think by them doing something their end. I had a frustrating 5 hours but having got there in the end would recommend them for really trying to help and solve my problems.

The data speed is very good but their support is even better and faster. I had an esim not activate but they immediately supplied a new one via whatsapp before we had left the aeroplane on our holiday. What a relief to have support to solve your issue in your time of need. Even got some bonus data that they allowed me to use. So helpful over whatsapp.
I could not have asked for better help than what I got from Carl today. It is my first time changing over esims and he made the process very easy and simple for me to follow. He had plenty of patience!!! travelling tomorrow so cannot say anything about the connections but right now I have it down, A, B, C, simple for when I land. So far so good!!

It looks like Jetpac does not want to risk to pay for any lounge access because registering flights in Smart Delay is an absolute disaster. I just spent days trying to register in the app. You get errors all the time. I asked Jetpac to register the flights for me but after that all family members (4 packs) got a new e-Sim rolled out and the flights were gone again. Today I tried it once again but now we are too late because you have to register 24 hrs before the flight and our flight leaves tomorrow. Well, no lounge access for us. Hopefully no delays.
Dan, from Global support was very clear with his communication with me (i.e., eSim installation) and answering my questions. I appreciate this great and efficient service especially with the WhatsApp support line. It’s my first time using Jetpac and I hear many great things so I’m looking forward to it.
