I needed help with a package I had bought and it was so easy to contact jetpac. It was simple to contact them through WhatsApp. I was assisted by Theresa, and she fixed my issue right away! It was greatly appreciated!

Ordered two Sims.. only one of them came through and I immediately contacted support. It took about 10 minutes before they responded on Whatsapp and fixed it right away. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Amazing backend support by LEVI, we were having some issue in finding the network, but Levi stayed with me for atleast 5-6 hours till the issue was resolved. Super support

Once a real person started to help me trouble shoot via WhatsApp , it went really well. But it took far too long for someone to get back to me and I had to cancel travel plans to be in WiFi.

I had ongoing problems trying to activate my Jetpack eSim on my Samsung (android) SE23FE phone. But resolved successfully with immediate and patient help from Jetpack. Helper waz Pau, I hope Pau was not AI bot.

Had some connection issues in the beginning but they assisted me right away. Problem solved within 10 minutes and now it's working smoothly. Great support!

Had a few newbie questions with regards to exactly how the data pack re-charge occurs. And was a bit confused as to if we had to re-install the esim at each new data pack. This seemed wrong, and of course it was. The data pack just recharges (ie like pre-paid phys sim). The chat help rep was most helpful, and quickly assisted me in these questions.

I had some trouble activating my eSIM while in Turkey (the government recently blocked 8 major eSIM providers). Angie with Customer Support assisted me over WhatsApp with troubleshooting the issues I had a helped me resolve the issues in less than an hour. I'd recommend Jetpac to others!

Heute um 11:30 E Sim gekauft und noch nicht der QR KOd bekommen. Morgen früh geht es Richtung Italien. Bin gespant wie es rauskommt. Hab Support per Watsapp kontaktiert und ich sollte mit einem Expetrten verbunden werden. Mal se was passiert.
