Had a small blip when first signing up. Customer service (online chat) quickly & efficiently fixed the issue.
I will review the service of the eSims separately once we have used them, but the service and health support was excellent. Purchased a deal rate for four family members for a trip the process of downloading the app and installing the eSIM is very simple and is essentially able to be done for you if you wish through a wizard in the app. Had some difficulty with the primary purchaser installing their eSIM, but this was resolved quickly with the help support feature so very excellent service so far.
Oh how they over complicate the simplest situation! Ordered 4 x e-sims - one of which did not work, so rather than just replace that sim, started resending new sims to people who did not need them and not to the person who did need it. This rendered them redundant and unable to get connection. After an hour on chat of them pinging out about 6 different sets of sims but failing to get it right at any stage and they were unable to say which ones would and wouldn’t work, I gave up and got a refund. Disappointed after reading all the fantastic reviews - all because one sim wouldn’t work.
I purchased Jetpac eSIM for 1 x month in NZ. I had one small setting glitch on one phone but it was sorted so easily by the service team. Brilliant follow up service by WhatsApp. Easy setup too for my 2x NZ eSIMs (1month)

Easy to install and to manage the packs Bought 5 packs in a raw for a family trip from Europe to Bali.1 data pack for Dubai and 4 data pack 15GB for Bali. Everthing went fine, app is intuitive coberage is good(112Mb/s in Bali 20mn from the airport according to speedtest.net). I had one issue to activate one pack and I used the customer care via their WhatsApp number and everthing was sorted with clear explanation rapidly! I strongly recommend this e-sim provider. And much cheaper than the 300€ for 1 GB!! proposed by my European telco provider before our vacation;-)
Getting and installiert the eSIMs for Indonesia was super quick (~10mins) Unfortunately, there we‘re some issues as I ordered 2 packs, but the same was sent to each of us so that the second one could not be installed. It took us some time to notice, but then the WhatsApp support (Thank to Pau) was super quick, created the second QR code and the issue was resolved in ~10mins. Overall, still a good experience with some bumps - Pau definitely saved the 5* review!

Initial activation didn’t work however feeling unhopeful using what’s app support within 20 minutes all was sorted. Fantastic support!!!
Bought 2 packs of which 1 installed perfectly, but the other didn’t want to. Got in contact with support (Dan) and he resolved the issue. So now both packs are working.

I purchased 2 x Europe Esim packs and they sent me only one QR code to install on my device but still missing one. Its has been 48 hrs now and No one contacting me back , no one reply my email and no one reply on whats app. where is the fast service as everyone reviews ??? Shame on Jetpac !!! ******Just wanted to give and updated. Jetpac contacting me and sorted out the problem and I am able to connect Esim in Europe since I touched down. I just currently become nomad in Indonesia and have a problem to activate my Esim, need to contact the carrier and the customer service name Pau help me. in 5 minutes all problem solved. Thank you Jetpac❤️
My friend and I purchased a 30GB package for 30 days of global data in mainland china/hongkong. I have been having constant connection issues (e.g., slow data, no data connection) and receive slow or unhelpful responses from Jetpac. Jetpac does not respond consistently and takes days to weeks to solve any problems, so by the time they solve any problems, I’m back in the USA and no longer need the data. I was suffering in China without any data connection and wouldn’t have survived if it weren’t for my friends’ working data connection. In addition, they did not provide any refund or much of a compensation that is useful to me to make up for all the inconveniences I’ve experienced.
I had a problem with the eSIM that I sent to my son because of his phone.when I message and ask the jet pack via what's up if they can do something about it they're customer service JV help me and not even 5 mins my problem is fix his very helpful and know how to handle the customer problem thank you so much .
I had some troubles at the beginning with the activation of the eSIM, but thanks to excellent customer support the problem was quickly solved and I can use the internet abroad now 😁

I made a couple mistakes installing the eSIMs on two different devices and the customer service on WhatsApp was incredibly kind and helpful once you get past the automatic responses. Depending on who responds to your issues, response time can vary, but they always responded within 10hrs. If you’re purchasing multiple eSIMs for yourself and others, I’d suggest installing your own eSIM first, then sending the other sims to everyone else.
