I have used Jetpac in Asia a few times and today I set out to purchase 3 eSIMs for an upcoming family / business trip to Europe: unfortunately I purchased the wrong packs, but Nel from Jetpac help was brilliant and managed to fix the problem for me. I've just started using Jetpac (only day 2) but my experience so far is top notch. When I signed up, I was confused about how to ensure that my carrier back home won't charge me for roaming and I wasn't sure how airplane mode (want to conserve my battery) would impact Jetpac, so I sent a query to customer service and I woke up next morning to a thorough, personalized response. I'm not a heavy eSIM user, but Jetpac has save the day for me while traveling and here at home, between providers while relocating to another country. Unusual circustances deserve exceptional service, and that's what I got from Jetpac. When I needed some help, I got a quick answer from a real human.

Theresa was extremely prompt and helpful and I resolved my problem within a very short amount of time. Service was polite throughout, and Theresa did the best possible job, although i do think the issue could have been avoided if the FAQ on the website was a little clearer (but it's not Theresa's fault at all).

Lanne was VERY helpful with my issue I had with my provider/esim connection problems while in Japan!
