Excellent customer service from a real human!
I've just started using Jetpac (only day 2) but my experience so far is top notch. When I signed up, I was confused about how to ensure that my carrier back home won't charge me for roaming and I wasn't sure how airplane mode (want to conserve my battery) would impact Jetpac, so I sent a query to customer service and I woke up next morning to a thorough, personalized response.
