Japan Crate

I absolutely love these crates. I grew up on the West Coast, my Father in the Air Force, we used to go to the Mom and Pop shops and find all sorts of neat candy. My girl's absolutely love all goodies that come in each.

I love JapanCrate and I've been ordering the premium crates since 2016, however I feel like there should be a lot more savoury snacks as I feel like there's enough candy/sweets in every crate but not enough salty snacks.

My boyfriend gifted me with a 3 month subscription for my birthday. I'm so in elievbly happy with my Doki Doki Crates that I received. The items are all adorable, everything came quickly every month. I love snuggling up to the plushies, using the kitchenware for cute meals, and just having unique items no one else I know has. I plan on getting my own subscription instead of a gifted one soon!!

I ordered two premium December Japan Crates. My son and daughter have separate accounts. My daughter's crate arrived within 10 days; my son's crate was never shipped or lost in the mail. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. My husband and I are unemployed due to our business closing due to COVID. I have contacted Japan Crate multiple times. Every time I receive a canned response that I should receive the crate within ten days of my order. I need the money back so I can purchase a different gift for my son. I don't know what to do. His heart will be broken when his sister gets her box, but not him. This company has hurt my children, and they cannot be bothered to do anything to make it right. They will not even issue a refund in time for Christmas. They might leave nice notes here, but they have clearly shown that they do not care about their customers, many of whom are young children.

It's always a surprise what you get, even when they post what they're sending out that month because there's so much variety in every series and gachapon machine! I love surprises and the items I've gotten always inspire me to make custom dollhouse rooms to display them in!

I ordered a crate subscription for my daughter as a gift. I placed the order on Nov. 21st. On Nov. 28th, Japan Create sent an email that my crate had shipped. I checked my tracking the following day, no update. I checked back a few days later, no update. I contacted DHL. They had no recollection of my package. I contacted Japan Crate I was told they are behind and be patient. This is continuing since and even today. There is no update and according to DHL, there is no package with that tracking information that I have. I contacted Japan Crate for a refund, and they're refusing. I canceled my subscription. And now I'm out $50 and no gift for my daughter

Ok so i have tried the japan crate a couple years ago from a friend and i loved it, we were talking about it recently and decided to get a monthly subscription we did it on the 3rd of December and its been 9 days now and there is no tracking number or anything im just curious on the tracking number and how long it may take to be here ??

Great subscription box, really enjoy the candies! However, their "sugoimart.com" shop sell mystery boxes. These are cool and all, as long as you don't subscribe to any of the Japan Crates - the mystery box I recieved had only the same candies as their Halloween themed crate, plus a few boxes of noodles. Japan Crate is absolutely great tho, and absolutely worth the money! ;)

I've gotten a few, and they haven't always arrived fast, but I've loved most of the snacks and candy I've gotten! Good selection at a decent price.

Japan Crate is one of the best subscription boxes I've ever used. There's always a pretty good variety of items, the drinks are phenomenal, and the price is fair. Sometimes they can lean too heavily on the smaller chocolate items, but overall I think the value for money is good.

Ordered one crate in September that arrived in October. I chose the premium option, so the most expensive one and oh boy let me tell you, the candy you get inside is the cheapest junk they could find, content of the whole box didn't cost them more than 10 USD, I'm pretty sure it was even less, plus they tried to charge me for additional crate without me choosing it nor confirming it, you can see that people here had the same problem. I've tried to get part of my money back using paypal protection but got declined. All in all, I consider this service being almost in scam levels ( mostly because they try to charge you for additional crate ), and once again, all the candy were pure trash. I feel bad for anyone who ever ordered from them.
