My order for a premium Japan Crate was placed on November 17, 2020. Today is December 28, 2020 and I have still not recieved a single crate! I realize it is holiday season in unprecedented times but seriously?? I did email the company twice and got fairly quick responses promising that the crate was on its way. However, this has not been true. I will be canceling my membership for future crates and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered the deluxe box in november 17 and payed for the deluxe shipping and is December 26 and haven’t received my order. I’m really disappointed since I was looking forward to getting this product. And it looks like I won’t be getting it any time soon.

I pick out a crate every once in a while since I am not fat nor rich. But every time I have it has been really enjoyable. Each box comes with great flavours and a lot of snacks (since I order the premium size). The ones I have liked the most have been some garlic chips, corn chips, and grape gummies. The Jan 2020 crate was also cool with its coca cola ribbon bottle. If the individual products were cheaper on their shop I'd buy them.

Do not use Japan crate, bought a 3 month subscription and haven’t received our last crate. The recently switched from DHL to USPS and there seems to be where the problem is. Will not be ordering again, total waste of money. Genuinely thought about getting another subscription but, now going to look elsewhere.

Everything about is is just so cute, even just the name, makes you just wanna have it.

I love Japanese stationery because it always looks cute and funny. I was positively impressed when I saw the content of their first Inku Crate. Everything is included what a stationery enthusiastic needs: from pens and markers, adorable stickers and sticky notes to planners and traditional designs. Worth a try!

I placed an order for the December crate on November 17th for the December crate. An additional charge was applied to the crate in order to ship via an international currier and the website indicated that currier would be DHL. The website also indicated that the delivery time with DHL would be 3-5 business days. On November 28th I received an email stating that the crate had shipped. However, this email did not provide any DHL tracking information. Instead, it contained a link to a Japan Post tracking number and when I went to the link, the website stated that the package did not exist. It has now been 23 days since the package was “shipped” and nothing has been received. I reached out to the company via email for the DHL tracking information and have received no response. I have received no information explaining why there would be such a delay. This seems pretty clear that the company received payment for the product and never shipped. Do not use this service. Update: I absolutely do not live in a remote area. This explanation is false. I live in a major city and have DHL packages sent to this address regularly.

We have subscribed to the Gacha Gacha Crate for about 2 years now and love getting our monthly deliveries. There is always a fun variety. Gachapon's were one of our favorite things to find when we traveled Japan 5 years ago and we love getting a little reminder each month of how much fun we had on the trip.

I really like the different types of candy in each crate, it shows me a lot of different japanese types of food and experiences, I have bought one for my brother and he absolutely loved it. 10/10

I Love to get a surprise every month and either it's something very useful or something adorable or both! I'm closing in on a year of subscription and have not yet regretted it.

It is costly especially with the covid 19 pandemic. The upside of it is all the goodies/snacks and how quickly it gets delivered despite the shipping cost. It is well worth it I love it!!

Is like each box is like you travel to Japan each sweet and the drinks is perfect each month is my lil mental scape to Japan
