I love how they managed to give people the taste of Japan culture without going there.

Everything came okay but the shiping took a bit longer than usual As for the snacks it’s amazing to experience japanese sweets

So you can reply to trust pilot reviews but not your emails i sent a message via the website. Im still waiting for a response and i have had no shipping updates i ordered on the 9th and ive heard nothing. Was told would ship in 5 to 10 days and i would get an email and i haven't. I spent 46 dollars on a crate and i havnt recieved anything not very good when its my first time ordering. Conaidering cancelling my subscription which is a shame cause i was super excited. My support ticket number is 320948 if you can be bothered to respond.

Since I love gashapons but I can't go to Japan right now, the best think I could do it was suscribe to Gacha Gacha Crate. I can't wait to receive my first box, I love they're able to send to my country!

I ordered my first ever mystery crate from japan crate, I went with dokidoki and the items were super cute! The crates theme was berries and it included some lovelt items including a soft plush! If the shipping was faster i would give a full star review!

I love how I can opt out for a crate if I don't like the spoilers/theme. I also love the variety of every month, it gives off a fresh feel every time so buyers won't be bored.

January's crate was my first box of Japanese goodies from Japan Crate and I was so happy with what it conteinde! It had so many snacks and sweets and they all were delicious. Even my parents like them! I would highly recommend to every body!

I love all the snacks that some in the crates. Shipping was a disaster, but the products were worth the wait!!!

I absolutely love my Inku crates, they are a real highlight every month. The stationery in the crate varies nicely every month, meaning you don't accumulate just different versions of the same stuff over and over. And Japanese stationery is just so much better than just the regular stuff I can get! The shipping is on the more expensive side, but as Japan is halfway around the world from here I don't really mind the charge that much. Plus the shipping is tracked so I can follow it's progress which is a big bonus.

I love all the of the boxes I have received and the snacks in them. But one box was damaged and had to be remade and my January box still hasn't arrived. I understand that shipping has been difficult due to covid 19, so I am patiently waiting for my box and will not cancel my subscription!!

I was so excited to order from Japan Crate and my first experience was great. Although I didn’t feel the products were actually worth what I paid for the crates, they were well received as gifts and the recipients were happy. Come January 5, 2021 my crate renews and I have yet to receive any shipping information or any response to my 7 emails sent for the status of my January box. This was a continued gift for my granddaughter and it is frustrating that you can’t get a response from the company. My only recourse will be to cancel my subscription and file a dispute with my credit card company. Come on Japan Crate you can do better than this! So after I placed this information on Tristpilot, guess who contacted me? Yup Japan Crate! So they did resolve the issue, but it shouldn’t take countless emails, then finally respond because the issue was posted here.
