I ordered a crate subscription for my daughter as a gift. I placed the order on Nov. 21st. On Nov. 28th, Japan Create sent an email that my crate had shipped. I checked my tracking the following day, no update. I checked back a few days later, no update. I contacted DHL. They had no recollection of my package. I contacted Japan Crate I was told they are behind and be patient. This is continuing since and even today. There is no update and according to DHL, there is no package with that tracking information that I have. I contacted Japan Crate for a refund, and they're refusing. I canceled my subscription. And now I'm out $50 and no gift for my daughter
