Had no heat from my mini split due to defective evap cooling fan. Did get new one due to warranty, but communication is terrible. Several days to get return phone call from anyone. Then had to pay $100 to get shipped over night so I can have heat (live in Utah) so heat is important when overnight temps in the 20's. If calls where returned or answered for that matter sooner, I would not have had to get it so fast since we had a little warmer weather. But the delay in communication sucks, so cost me $100
My mini split stopped working so I used the online support request on 2/1/23 asking for assistance. I placed a follow-up phone call to tech support the next day and left a voicemail. I received no response from Ingram's support. I left a comment on a MrCool social media advertisement stating that tech support is not responding to my request. I received a follow up from MrCool withing hours saying that they would try to assist. I finally got a call back from Ingram's on 3/9/23 (over 1-month later). It was determined that my outside unit needed a new board. I paid for the shipping of the board, installed it and the same problem still persisted. I called Ingram's again with no answer and no return calls. I used the original online request and still have not gotten a response. I have had no heat or air for nearly 2-months now. I am extremely disappointed in the tech support from Ingram's. *UPDATE* MrCool used my facebook review to put pressure on Ingram's to return my call. I was able to get a replacement outdoor unit to replace my current bad unit. I was able to install the new unit myself, and so far, so good. My unit is now functioning properly.

I chose Ingram’s to do business with because of the reviews and reputation. The salesman was respectful and helped with purchase. The packaging of equipment appeared to be excellent. No damage to boxes or cartons. They advise to open and check every package for damage and I did. I found the fins on condenser were damaged as bad as some in scratch and dent sale and the electrical whip is made for 3/4 hole to condenser when condenser plate has 1/2 inch knockouts. The knockouts for line set are bit small. The condenser fins mashed was my only real gripe in which the box was not damaged indicating to me it was done before shipping. Not worth sending back for. If not for the fins I would have given 5 stars. By the way after installing Mr Cool system. I LOVE IT. WORKS GREAT. would do it again.

Product is 5 Ton Heat Pump Quick Connect. Easy Install. Works Excellent. Looks like it will save lots of Electricity. Customer service is prompt.

Richard did a great job of diagnosing my problem and walked me through the process of handling it. The warranty department was very quick about contacting me and getting my replacement parts shipped. All things went well.
The fan motor controller is not right.The controller has 2 plugs going to motor 1 of the plugs has 3 wire the other plug is blank and should have 5 wires coming out to motor

Buyer beware I order a Geocool heat pump back it last October of 2022 and still haven't seen it. Took my $6022.00 and have not seen a heat pump!
