It takes a while to talk to a tech but once I did he kept in communication until my issue was solved.

Sales rep was great, prices were fantastic but heat strips were damaged and caused a catastrophic failure in the system by feeding 240 volts down the low voltage side. I'm still waiting to see how this is handled by the company. Request for overnight parts did not come through

Had an issue with the website and called. Very glad I did as the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. Saved me several hundred dollars. The Mr. Cool unit I ordered arrived very quickly, was complete and very well packaged. The shipper, XPO, called ahead of time and was very courteous. All in all a VERY positive experience.

Ordered a complete minisplit, mitsubishi single zone. I got only the outdoor unit and it took over 2 weeks to get. My customer is not happy with the delay and I'm not happy with this company. I would try elsewhere... since it's been 4 days and haven't got any answers....

Both times that I've purchased from IWAE I've had no issues and received tech support when needed without issue. I'll be buying from here again.

I had a discussion about what I wanted and the options. I compared the cost and discussed my observations. We reviewed the pricing several times and your agent paitently waited over several days for me to decide how to proceed. I needed to use online ordering using the url in the quote. I got immediate confirmation from the sales guy that order was received. I have not received it yet and assume it is on its way.

We had some communication issues but they were satisfactorily resolved.

I called over 5 times for a warranty repair. Left message after message. Not 1 return call. When I FINALLY reached an actual person, the part is under warranty, but I had to pay for the shipping cost! And now, I have to pay for the labor cost too. This unit is less than 2 years old and it’s going to cost close to $500 for repairs

I have called tech support line three times over three days and emailed once. I have yet to hear from anyone at Ingrams Water & Air or Mr Cool. It appears I made a big mistake buying your product, that will not happen again. Ingrams has left me on my own with zero support so it looks like I am stuck with paying for any repairs. Not a good way to do business. !@#$%^&*(

Shipping is way too slow

I have purchased other HVAC equipment from Ingram Water & Air. I have been completely satisfied with everything I have gotten. So I knew I was going to replace my outside unit with one from them. Great service and delivery.

Ingrams was great, 5 stars. Great service. They lost a star for me though using the freight shipper "t force". Schedule a five hour window, nobody shows, no notice, unreachable office, etc. Sucks, but it makes what would have been a great experience a waste of everyone's time.

What is on the internet description of what is in your order like the tool kit included is not true,the bolt parttern is not the same need to update. As for the rest of your product a little difficult to install short on wrap tape once installed works great i bought 2 units minus tool kit,tape,wrong bolt pattern
