Fast warranty service

I think what made this experience great was the 3x daily emails asking how I enjoyed said experience before even experiencing said experience. From the moment I made my order I was asked to write a review and now I am doing so. Maybe my experience will be better experienced now that I've done so and the emails will stop. Otherwise, the experience was fine as I got what I asked for within the time frame it was promised.

About my unit about 3 years ago over the past year. I've had it given down twice. I've talked with the warranty department. They inform me that the unit was well within warranty and someone would contact me about 4 months later. Someone called me and said they would send me parts. This was in the middle of the Winter by this time I've had to pay to get refixed. They have not reached out to me to replace the parts anything. This company does not stand behind any kind of warranty no matter what BS they tell you.

PROS: Fast shipping with tracking and good pricing! CONS: The pallet build wasn’t the best as all of our equipment (48K w/5 handlers system) wasn’t evenly distributed on the pallet making it very unsteady. The pallet was broken as well, which contributed to its unsteadiness.
