Otr capital is the worst factoring…
Otr capital is the worst factoring company i have use in a decade. They make issues over anything like return loads that have updated rate confirmation from the broker explaining every stop including double pay. Things like the broker asking for a blind BOL del. They don't seem to understand trucking at all. They waste carriers time asking questions only to then email broker and ask same questions. If you haul for the same broker everyday hopefully they have time everyday to respond to them asking the same questions everyday
