The initial diagnosis and part shipment was good but it didn't solve the main issue. They asked for a tech to look at it and I responded 9 days ago with the trch results and am still waiting on them to do something to get this mini split running.

My son which is a HVAC TECHNICIAN and I said how easy to install the 2 units I purchased. All Test ok . Heat is HOT and the Cool side is Ice Cold .

Sales and shipment were OK but the tech support is the worst that I have ever dealt with. The support tech (when they finally call back) is reading me the same manual that I have and he does not seem to have any real understanding of the unit I installed. Fortunately the unit is running to cool but there are issues with the air handler fan control that I cannot seem to get answers to. It just runs on high 24/7 and never cycles down. He finally told me that this is the way that it works after weeks of trying to get answers. I need additional units but I need to look at other options than Ingram’s and/or Mr. Cool. It’s too bad. I like the Mr. Cool concept with the pre charged line sets but I’m figuring that I will be completely on my own if this unit ever fails.

I live in Ottawa Canada and these guys were able to get the 5-ton MrCool air handler and condenser to me in under a week! I was able to talk to a few of the guys in Kentucky and they told me things were a bit slow in the warehouse but still, it was very quick. They even helped with making sure the 15kw heating coil was correct. I have yet to see what the tech help is like but so far for anyone in Canada that is a little concerned with some of the other distributors around, these guys can be trusted!

Well to start I love the fact that I was assigned a dedicated person to contact directly if I had any issues. That being said I did have some issues and I contacted Patricia immediately and she helped me get things straightened out. It's uncommon these days to be assigned a consistent person and not just call an 800 number. It made me feel valued and that they wanted my repeat business.

I highly recommend these folks! They skillfully guided me through the process and shipping was prompt.
