My mini split stopped working so I used the online support request on 2/1/23 asking for assistance. I placed a follow-up phone call to tech support the next day and left a voicemail. I received no response from Ingram's support. I left a comment on a MrCool social media advertisement stating that tech support is not responding to my request. I received a follow up from MrCool withing hours saying that they would try to assist. I finally got a call back from Ingram's on 3/9/23 (over 1-month later). It was determined that my outside unit needed a new board. I paid for the shipping of the board, installed it and the same problem still persisted. I called Ingram's again with no answer and no return calls. I used the original online request and still have not gotten a response. I have had no heat or air for nearly 2-months now. I am extremely disappointed in the tech support from Ingram's. *UPDATE* MrCool used my facebook review to put pressure on Ingram's to return my call. I was able to get a replacement outdoor unit to replace my current bad unit. I was able to install the new unit myself, and so far, so good. My unit is now functioning properly.
