I rarely leave reviews but these guys went above and beyond. I ordered a 410A refill kit and the connector was stripped. I called just to get part and they sent an entire kit in return. They earned my future business.

We have an issue with one of the condensers actually burglar hole in the board. The response was very quick. They actually replace the whole condenser which I was surprised at. I’m glad to see that they support the units as usually dealing with companies it’s like pulling teeth trying to get something done but they’ve been exceptional. Thank you, Bill.

It took over two weeks before you sent out the order

I had previously purchased a MrCool Olympus 24k and the board failed on it. We had 90 degree days and the unit was dead in the water. Instead of waiting for a warranty claim, I decided to purchase the board out of pocket. However, the new one arrived damage. I spoke to Tammy B about how long warranty was taking which has now been about two weeks from the time I purchased the original board. She understood my frustration and was able to expedite me another new replacement board. She was absolutely a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable about the MrCool unit! I greatly appreciate her help!

the delivery person left the AC in front of my house, in the rain. I specifically asked him to leave in on the porch. I am pretty sure that with such delivery, I will never buy from you again, unless your company guarantees that the delivery person will not leave the AC on the lawn, in the rain.

Customer service was very patient in getting my order placed as there was an issues on my bank’s end. Also had damage to product from shipping and the product was swiftly replaced.
