Mr Cool Heat Pump Universal System
Initial contact was very informative and assisted in selection of the correct heat pump for our application. Response follow up and quoting process was very quick and correct. Ordering unit was error free and setup for delivery made the initial part of our system upgrade easy. System delivery was on time and in excellent condition. We're very satisfied with our transaction and recommend Ingram's Water and Air.

I have not received all ordered items…
I have not received all ordered items since I ordered them. Still waiting for the 2 HA23344 and 1 HA23443 gas furnace system. Tried to call customer services but no help.

Salesperson was very helpful. The only problem and it's not yours, it's MRCOOL's. I had to buy a 16 foot line kits because my units are only 12 feet apart. i should have been able to buy just the 16 line not the whole kit, which was a duplicate of what came with my unit. Maybe you can contact MRCOOL.
