Quick service! Correct product and fast easy process

Ingram's did not ship my order, but instead provided a tracking number for another customer's order. When the order did not arrive, I contacted Ingram's and they promised to contact the shipping company and have my order delivered ASAP. When that order was not found, Ingram's promised a refund. Its been 3 weeks since I placed the order, and Its been 11 days since a refund was promised and I have not received a refund.

Had the part I needed for my Mr.Cool unit and gave me a great price, shipping was fast and professional. Would use them again in the future!

This is the only place where I could easily order my custom list of parts. All other sellers were forcing me in to ordering pre assembled sets that don't really fit my needs. I had some questions and had a great experience with the customer service to get them answered. Shipping and delivery was great too. I'll definitely order here again!

Shipping was fast and theOrder was accurate. Air handler was damaged however didn’t notice it until I had it downstairs and unboxed. I still need to finish the unbox the condenser and line sets hopefully all goes well there and hopefully no damage internally once I attempt to turn it on. The shopping experience was good other than the damage.
