Good experience

I have never purchased any Hvac equipment, and especially not on-line. My sales rep. Lindsey Tilley made this process, unbelievably easy, she responded to MULTIPLE emails and phone calls. Even after placing my order, I made a change and she had to turn the shipment around and ship the other kit out. I would not hesitate to use IWAE again especially if Lindsey is my sales rep. again.

Product came when scheduled and was exactly what I ordered. They were very helpful when I called and emailed.

The price of the unit was great. Definitely saved me some money. I was unhappy with the condition I received the unit. If you have a customer paying thousands of dollars for a piece of equipment It could have leasted strapped or banned it to a pallet. When I was receiving it, it was hanging off the pallet. The pallet was damaged, which is not a big deal. That's what a pallet for. Besides all the dings and dents and the cosmetic damage. The unit is fully operational. I would suggest making sure the unitI is securely fast to a pallet next time.

Salesperson was very helpful in making sure that I ordered the right products and understood everything. I ordered two Mr Cool mini split units. Everything was delivered as promised and the installation was easy.

i will never buy from ingrams air and water again one time was enough we made changes when i picked up and had refund coming they said they would send me a check that was 2 1/2 months ago after stopping by in person and many many phone calls i still get the same run a round never never again

Awesome people and service

The website is easy to use. We had a coyple questions, Called Kristopher and got all the answears we needed to place our order. Everybody was very professional and knowledgeable.

The employees from all departments of this company went out of their way to help me get what I needed. Polite, courteous and helpful staff.

Eric and the whole team were all great help Now if I can just get my guy out here to get it installed all will be good.

Kelly Helton and Patricia Seay patiently guided me through returning a MrCool 12K btu wall unit I'd purchased through Amazon, while acquiring one of the new 12K ceiling cassette units directly from Ingram's. Both were extremely helpful and courteous.
