They only contacted me after I had renewed already and done all my own research. They did not offer me any incentives or discounts for remaining with the company for a third year. And then I was charged "business costs" of 52 euro and an "admin/renew" fee, despite the fact I had done all the work myself online without any help. (Reply to William) I spoke to customers services via the chat function about it and they said this is just the way it is.

Im with its4women for the past number of years and always happy with how easy it is to use them. My quote came and was very happy with it, all signed and cert received digitally in minutes.

The fact that I can renew annually online is a life saver for me. You can amend the policy and add or take away drivers so easily. It’s so handy, user friendly and the folk in the office are so helpful if you do need to ask a Question. I renewed on my phone in less than three minutes while I was on lunch break.

Still waiting for its4women to get back with a quote from the underwriters. Time frame meant to be 48hrs. And if my documents were put in at the time said. It will have passed at around 12midday. I don't like the chat. I would much prefare to actually get speaking to somebody. Thanks.

So far the most intrusive insurance company I have dealt with. I checked online quote out of curiosity to compare it to other car insurance companies. It turned out to be way too expensive so I ditched it. But since then, just within couple of hours, I received 2 SMS with no option to opt out of them and 3 emails when I already unsubscribed from them after the FIRST ONE. So that clearly doesn't work. If you wanna save yourself from spam later on don't bother with this company. It's too expensive anyway.

Well it's for some women, filled out form online as a young woman looking for insurance for the 1st time, only to have wasted that 10/15 minutes of my life to be told they're unable to offer quotation as i fall outside of criteria!!!! I've No claims & clean licence, a few years over 21 and a WOMAN!!! Maybe stipulate criteria before people start giving away personal information. Never will I ever go looking for insurance off of this crowd.
