Lack of clarity surrounding fees
They only contacted me after I had renewed already and done all my own research. They did not offer me any incentives or discounts for remaining with the company for a third year. And then I was charged "business costs" of 52 euro and an "admin/renew" fee, despite the fact I had done all the work myself online without any help. (Reply to William) I spoke to customers services via the chat function about it and they said this is just the way it is.
