It was fast as I done it all on the phone

Fine if you dont encounter any issues or need to move address. I moved house for 3 weeks due to financial crises and advised of this when I contacted them about another issue. This made them change my address (even though it was only for 3 weeks) and add on a €220 charge citing the location change increased the premium. I had one month left for the year and have been with them 3 years without any problems from me. I advised due to financial crises I dont have that money. I asked can they split it over a few payments. Answer was no. Asked if I just move back now can it be waived. They said only if i provide proof of address. They didnt need any kind of proof for the inital change that just incurred a 220 fee. I live with a friend due to personal circumstances beyond my control at the moment so my name isn't on anything. They were unsympatheic and unwilling to offer a resolution beyong "give us more money now". The first guy I spoke to came across as condescending and his communciation was unclear which is why I had to contact them a second time. Second person was more polite but still could not assist. So after 3 loyal years, with no issues, they want 220 more off me for staying elsewhere for 3 weeks during a crises!! Absolutly outragous. Cancelling my policy and going elsewhere. I will not give these people another cent. Absolutly no empathy for the struggles people may being experiencing. I wouldn't have even minded paying it if they could let me do it over a few weeks but many people dont have an extra 220 on hand at a moments notice. I'm disgusted with them and will be very vocal about this experience. Only gave two stars out of fairness for other things: competitive price no prior problem Most agents on live chat are polite and helpful (usually)

A great company, better than other companies. But you must provide a phone number to contact you in case of emergency.

The cheapest price I could find on the market for young drivers. However, the cheapest price savings comes from lack of customer support. The only way I could contact the company was through their online chatting service, which most of the time is inefficient and indirect. I would much prefer to have a number that I can call.

Excellent service, easy to use and with a price tag that is fair, no reason for me to look elsewhere.

AVOID!!!!! I changed my car to a new and safer car my insurance went up from 74e a month to over 185e a month. I tried to dispute this with customer service and nothing was done! Also, scam artists I had money in my bank ready for it to be paid and they charged me a late fee. Tried to dispute this Also to no result. I will not be continuing with them after this. So disappointing.

Why cant please be able to phone to renew there policy not everyone can use online services. Please send documents in the post.
